乃由摩西始及諸先知、凡經載指己之言、悉為之明解、

眾散後、從耶穌者、與十二門徒、問此喻之意、

曰、昔我偕爾時、曾告爾云、凡摩西律法、先知書、及詩篇所載指我之言、皆必應、今果應矣、遂啟其聰、令悟諸經、謂之曰、聖經如此載、基督當如此受害、至第三日由死復活、

耶穌離眾入室、門徒以斯喻問之、耶穌曰、爾亦不悟乎、爾豈不知凡自外入者、不能污人、因不入其心、乃入其腹、且遺於廁、以此凡所食者潔矣、又曰、由人出者、斯乃污人、蓋由內即由心出惡念、姦淫、苟合、兇殺、盜竊、貪婪、惡毒、詭詐、邪侈、疾視、褻瀆、驕傲、狂妄、凡此諸惡、皆自內出、斯乃污人、○

門徒問之曰、此喻何意、答曰、天主國之奧、乃賜爾知之、惟於他人則設喻、使其視亦不見、聽亦不悟、
