於是自摩西始、並諸先知、凡經中所指己者、悉為之詳解焉、

耶穌燕居時、從者與十二徒問諸喻之說、

謂之曰、此乃我素偕爾時、所語爾者、云、凡摩西律、先知書、及詩篇所載指我者、悉必應也、遂啟其聰、使悟諸經、曰、記有之、基督當受難、三日自死復起、

遂離眾入室、其徒問此喻之說、耶穌曰、爾亦如斯不悟乎、豈不知凡自外入者、不能污人、因非入其心、乃入其腹、而遺於廁、斯言也、謂食物皆潔也、又曰、出於人者、斯污人、蓋自內即自人心出諸惡念、如苟合、盜竊、兇殺、淫亂、貪婪、惡毒、詭騙、邪侈、妒嫉、訕謗、驕傲、狂悖、凡斯惡行皆自內出而污人也、○

其徒問之曰、此喻何耶、曰上帝國之奧、賜爾知之、惟於他人則設喻、俾其視而不明、聽而不悟、
