He said,“ God’s Kingdom is as if a man should cast seed on the earth,

He also said,“ This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground.

Jesus also said,“ Here is what God’s kingdom is like. A farmer scatters seed on the ground.

And he said,“ The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground.

Jesus also said,“ The Kingdom of God is like a farmer who scatters seed on the ground.

“ The kingdom of God is like this,” he said.“ A man scatters seed on the ground.

And He was saying,“ The kingdom of God is like a man who casts seed upon the soil;

And He said,“ The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground,

And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed upon the earth;

“ The kingdom of God is like this,” He said.“ A man scatters seed on the ground;

And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;

He also said,“ The kingdom of God is like someone who spreads seed on the ground.

He set another parable before them, saying,“ The Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field,

having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which lives and remains forever.For,“ All flesh is like grass, and all of man’s glory like the flower in the grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls;but the Lord’s word endures forever.” This is the word of Good News which was preached to you.

He who reaps receives wages and gathers fruit to eternal life; that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together.For in this the saying is true,‘ One sows, and another reaps.’I sent you to reap that for which you haven’t labored. Others have labored, and you have entered into their labor.”

In the morning sow your seed, and in the evening don’t withhold your hand; for you don’t know which will prosper, whether this or that, or whether they both will be equally good.

He said,“ What is God’s Kingdom like? To what shall I compare it?

He answered them,“ To you it is given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, but it is not given to them.

From that time, Jesus began to preach, and to say,“ Repent! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.”

“ The farmer went out to sow his seed. As he sowed, some fell along the road, and it was trampled under foot, and the birds of the sky devoured it.

Most certainly I tell you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains by itself alone. But if it dies, it bears much fruit.

I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase.So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.Now he who plants and he who waters are the same, but each will receive his own reward according to his own labor.For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s farming, God’s building.

Wicked people earn deceitful wages, but one who sows righteousness reaps a sure reward.

He set another parable before them, saying,“ The Kingdom of Heaven is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field;

He who observes the wind won’t sow; and he who regards the clouds won’t reap.

Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

“ Listen! Behold, the farmer went out to sow,and as he sowed, some seed fell by the road, and the birds came and devoured it.

“ Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!”

Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

The farmer sows the word.The ones by the road are the ones where the word is sown; and when they have heard, immediately Satan comes, and takes away the word which has been sown in them.These in the same way are those who are sown on the rocky places, who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with joy.They have no root in themselves, but are short- lived. When oppression or persecution arises because of the word, immediately they stumble.Others are those who are sown among the thorns. These are those who have heard the word,and the cares of this age, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.Those which were sown on the good ground are those who hear the word, and accept it, and bear fruit, some thirty times, some sixty times, and some one hundred times.”

Does he who plows to sow plow continually? Does he keep turning the soil and breaking the clods?When he has leveled its surface, doesn’t he plant the dill, and scatter the cumin seed, and put in the wheat in rows, the barley in the appointed place, and the spelt in its place?For his God instructs him in right judgment and teaches him.

He spoke to them many things in parables, saying,“ Behold, a farmer went out to sow.

He spoke another parable to them.“ The Kingdom of Heaven is like yeast, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, until it was all leavened.”

Blessed are you who sow beside all waters, who send out the feet of the ox and the donkey.
