And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed upon the earth;

He also said,“ This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground.

Jesus also said,“ Here is what God’s kingdom is like. A farmer scatters seed on the ground.

And he said,“ The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground.

Jesus also said,“ The Kingdom of God is like a farmer who scatters seed on the ground.

“ The kingdom of God is like this,” he said.“ A man scatters seed on the ground.

And He was saying,“ The kingdom of God is like a man who casts seed upon the soil;

And He said,“ The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground,

“ The kingdom of God is like this,” He said.“ A man scatters seed on the ground;

And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;

He also said,“ The kingdom of God is like someone who spreads seed on the ground.

He said,“ God’s Kingdom is as if a man should cast seed on the earth,

Another parable set he before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man that sowed good seed in his field:

having been begotten again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which liveth and abideth.For, All flesh is as grass, And all the glory thereof as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower falleth:But the word of the Lord abideth for ever. And this is the word of good tidings which was preached unto you.

He that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal; that he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.For herein is the saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth.I sent you to reap that whereon ye have not labored: others have labored, and ye are entered into their labor.

In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thy hand; for thou knowest not which shall prosper, whether this or that, or whether they both shall be alike good.

He said therefore, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I liken it?

And he answered and said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

From that time began Jesus to preach, and to say, Repent ye; for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

The sower went forth to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden under foot, and the birds of the heaven devoured it.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a grain of wheat fall into the earth and die, it abideth by itself alone; but if it die, it beareth much fruit.

I planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.So then neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: but each shall receive his own reward according to his own labor.For we are God’s fellow- workers: ye are God’s husbandry, God’s building.

The wicked earneth deceitful wages; But he that soweth righteousness hath a sure reward.

Another parable set he before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like unto a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:

He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.

Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

Hearken: Behold, the sower went forth to sow:and it came to pass, as he sowed, some seed fell by the way side, and the birds came and devoured it.

Repent ye; for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace for them that make peace.

The sower soweth the word.And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; and when they have heard, straightway cometh Satan, and taketh away the word which hath been sown in them.And these in like manner are they that are sown upon the rocky places, who, when they have heard the word, straightway receive it with joy;and they have no root in themselves, but endure for a while; then, when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, straightway they stumble.And others are they that are sown among the thorns; these are they that have heard the word,and the cares of the world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.And those are they that were sown upon the good ground; such as hear the word, and accept it, and bear fruit, thirtyfold, and sixtyfold, and a hundredfold.

Doth he that ploweth to sow plow continually? doth he continually open and harrow his ground?When he hath levelled the face thereof, doth he not cast abroad the fitches, and scatter the cummin, and put in the wheat in rows, and the barley in the appointed place, and the spelt in the border thereof?For his God doth instruct him aright, and doth teach him.

And he spake to them many things in parables, saying, Behold, the sower went forth to sow;

Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till it was all leavened.

Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth the feet of the ox and the ass.
