故彼目視而不明、耳聞而不悟、不克遷改而得罪赦、

使其視而不明、聞而不悟、免其悔改、而罪得赦、

若輩蓋所謂視而不見、聽而不悟、惟恐其幡然回頭而見赦者耳。』

so that,“‘ they may be ever seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding; otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!’”

In that way,“‘ They will see but never know what they are seeing. They will hear but never understand. Otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!’ ”( Isaiah 6:9, 10)

so that“‘ they may indeed see but not perceive, and may indeed hear but not understand, lest they should turn and be forgiven.’”

so that the Scriptures might be fulfilled:‘ When they see what I do, they will learn nothing. When they hear what I say, they will not understand. Otherwise, they will turn to me and be forgiven.’”

愚昧無知的百姓啊，你們有眼不看，有耳不聽，現在當聽這話。 (cunpt)

在他們身上，正應了以賽亞的預言，說：你們聽是要聽見，卻不明白；看是要看見，卻不曉得；因為這百姓油蒙了心，耳朵發沉，眼睛閉着，恐怕眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裏明白，回轉過來，我就醫治他們。 (cunpt)

但耶和華到今日沒有使你們心能明白，眼能看見，耳能聽見。 (cunpt)

他雖然在他們面前行了許多神蹟，他們還是不信他。這是要應驗先知以賽亞的話，說：主啊，我們所傳的有誰信呢？主的膀臂向誰顯露呢？他們所以不能信，因為以賽亞又說：主叫他們瞎了眼，硬了心，免得他們眼睛看見，心裏明白，回轉過來，我就醫治他們。以賽亞因為看見他的榮耀，就指着他說這話。 (cunpt)

他說：「神國的奧祕只叫你們知道；至於別人，就用比喻，叫他們看也看不見，聽也聽不明。」 (cunpt)

用溫柔勸戒那抵擋的人；或者神給他們悔改的心，可以明白真道， (cunpt)

如經上所記：神給他們昏迷的心，眼睛不能看見，耳朵不能聽見，直到今日。大衛也說：願他們的筵席變為網羅，變為機檻，變為絆腳石，作他們的報應。願他們的眼睛昏矇，不得看見；願你時常彎下他們的腰。 (cunpt)

若是離棄道理，就不能叫他們重新懊悔了。因為他們把神的兒子重釘十字架，明明地羞辱他。 (cunpt)

「人子啊，你住在悖逆的家中。他們有眼睛看不見，有耳朵聽不見，因為他們是悖逆之家。 (cunpt)

我聽見以法蓮為自己悲歎說：你責罰我，我便受責罰，像不慣負軛的牛犢一樣。求你使我回轉，我便回轉，因為你是耶和華－我的神。我回轉以後就真正懊悔；受教以後就拍腿歎息；我因擔當幼年的凌辱就抱愧蒙羞。耶和華說：以法蓮是我的愛子嗎？是可喜悅的孩子嗎？我每逢責備他，仍深顧念他；所以我的心腸戀慕他；我必要憐憫他。 (cunpt)

他們彼此不合，就散了；未散以先，保羅說了一句話，說：「聖靈藉先知以賽亞向你們祖宗所說的話是不錯的。他說：你去告訴這百姓說：你們聽是要聽見，卻不明白；看是要看見，卻不曉得；因為這百姓油蒙了心，耳朵發沉，眼睛閉着；恐怕眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裏明白，回轉過來，我就醫治他們。 (cunpt)

再者，惡人若回頭離開所行的惡，行正直與合理的事，他必將性命救活了。因為他思量，回頭離開所犯的一切罪過，必定存活，不致死亡。以色列家還說：『主的道不公平！』以色列家啊，我的道豈不公平嗎？你們的道豈不是不公平嗎？」所以主耶和華說：「以色列家啊，我必按你們各人所行的審判你們。你們當回頭離開所犯的一切罪過。這樣，罪孽必不使你們敗亡。你們要將所犯的一切罪過盡行拋棄，自做一個新心和新靈。以色列家啊，你們何必死亡呢？主耶和華說：我不喜悅那死人之死，所以你們當回頭而存活。」 (cunpt)
