And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

And they appointed Kedesh in Galilee in mount Naphtali, and Shechem in mount Ephraim, and Kirjatharba, which[ is] Hebron, in the mountain of Judah.

And when there was an assault made both of the Gentiles, and also of the Jews with their rulers, to use[ them] despitefully, and to stone them,They were ware of[ it], and fled unto Lystra and Derbe, cities of Lycaonia, and unto the region that lieth round about:

And then immediately the brethren sent away Paul to go as it were to the sea: but Silas and Timotheus abode there still.

Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee?

Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode.And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true.
