There were also Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, and James, son of Alphaeus. And there were Thaddaeus and Simon the Zealot.

When they arrived, they went to the room upstairs where they were staying: Peter, John, James, Andrew, Philip, Thomas, Bartholomew, Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, Simon the Zealot, and Judas the son of James.

Then, moving on, He saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax office, and He said to him,“ Follow Me!” So he got up and followed Him.

As Jesus went on from there, He saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax office, and He said to him,“ Follow Me!” So he got up and followed Him.

Isn’t this the carpenter, the son of Mary, and the brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And aren’t His sisters here with us?” So they were offended by Him.

After this, Jesus went out and saw a tax collector named Levi sitting at the tax office, and He said to him,“ Follow Me!”So, leaving everything behind, he got up and began to follow Him.Then Levi hosted a grand banquet for Him at his house. Now there was a large crowd of tax collectors and others who were guests with them.

Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, was one of the two who heard John and followed Him.

“ Lord,” said Philip,“ show us the Father, and that’s enough for us.”Jesus said to him,“ Have I been among you all this time without your knowing Me, Philip? The one who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say,‘ Show us the Father’?

Simon, whom He also named Peter, and Andrew his brother; James and John; Philip and Bartholomew;Matthew and Thomas; James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon called the Zealot;Judas the son of James, and Judas Iscariot, who became a traitor.

Don’t we have the right to be accompanied by a Christian wife like the other apostles, the Lord’s brothers, and Cephas?

The next day He decided to leave for Galilee. Jesus found Philip and told him,“ Follow Me!”Now Philip was from Bethsaida, the hometown of Andrew and Peter.Philip found Nathanael and told him,“ We have found the One Moses wrote about in the Law( and so did the prophets): Jesus the son of Joseph, from Nazareth!”

Jude, a slave of Jesus Christ and a brother of James: To those who are the called, loved by God the Father and kept by Jesus Christ.

Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus;Simon the Zealot, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him.

But one of the Twelve, Thomas( called“ Twin”), was not with them when Jesus came.So the other disciples kept telling him,“ We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them,“ If I don’t see the mark of the nails in His hands, put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will never believe!”After eight days His disciples were indoors again, and Thomas was with them. Even though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them. He said,“ Peace to you!”Then He said to Thomas,“ Put your finger here and observe My hands. Reach out your hand and put it into My side. Don’t be an unbeliever, but a believer.”Thomas responded to Him,“ My Lord and my God!”Jesus said,“ Because you have seen Me, you have believed. Those who believe without seeing are blessed.”

When James, Cephas, and John, recognized as pillars, acknowledged the grace that had been given to me, they gave the right hand of fellowship to me and Barnabas, agreeing that we should go to the Gentiles and they to the circumcised.

Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t His mother called Mary, and His brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas?

Therefore, when Jesus looked up and noticed a huge crowd coming toward Him, He asked Philip,“ Where will we buy bread so these people can eat?”He asked this to test him, for He Himself knew what He was going to do.Philip answered,“ Two hundred denarii worth of bread wouldn’t be enough for each of them to have a little.”One of His disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, said to Him,

So they came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and requested of him,“ Sir, we want to see Jesus.”Philip went and told Andrew; then Andrew and Philip went and told Jesus.

Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles.

The following day Paul went in with us to James, and all the elders were present.

After they stopped speaking, James responded:“ Brothers, listen to me!

Simon Peter, Thomas( called“ Twin”), Nathanael from Cana of Galilee, Zebedee’s sons, and two others of His disciples were together.

But I didn’t see any of the other apostles except James, the Lord’s brother.

Judas( not Iscariot) said to Him,“ Lord, how is it You’re going to reveal Yourself to us and not to the world?”

Then Thomas( called“ Twin”) said to his fellow disciples,“ Let’s go so that we may die with Him.”
