西庇太的儿子雅各，和雅各的弟弟约翰（耶稣给他们二人起名叫半尼其，就是“雷子”的意思），

还有西庇太的儿子雅各和雅各的兄弟约翰，又给这两个人起名叫半尼其，就是雷子的意思；

西庇太的儿子雅各和雅各的兄弟约翰——耶稣给他们取名叫“半尼其”，就是“雷霆之子”的意思、

慈伯德子雅谷伯暨弟若望、二子亦稱罷吶熱譯言雷霆之子；

James son of Zebedee and his brother John( to them he gave the name Boanerges, which means“ sons of thunder”),

There were James, son of Zebedee, and his brother John. Jesus gave them the name Boanerges. Boanerges means Sons of Thunder.

James the son of Zebedee and John the brother of James( to whom he gave the name Boanerges, that is, Sons of Thunder);

James and John( the sons of Zebedee, but Jesus nicknamed them“ Sons of Thunder”),

and to James the son of Zebedee, and to his brother John, he gave the name“ Boanerges”( that is,“ Sons of Thunder”);

“我的话不是像火，不是像能打碎岩石的大锤吗？”这是耶和华的宣告。

因为神的道是活的，是有效的，比一切两刃的剑更锋利，甚至可以刺入剖开魂与灵，关节与骨髓，并且能够辨明心中的思想和意念。

过了六天，耶稣带着彼得、雅各、约翰，领他们悄悄地上了高山，在他们面前改变了形象。

你要张开喉咙呼叫，不可停止；你要提高声音，像吹号角一样；你要向我子民宣告他们的过犯，向雅各家陈明他们的罪恶。

那时，希律王下手苦害教会中的几个人，

耶稣稍往前走，看见西庇太的儿子雅各，和雅各的弟弟约翰，正在船上整理鱼网，他立即呼召他们。他们撇下父亲西庇太和雇工在船上，就跟从他去了。

他带了彼得、雅各、约翰一起去，就惊惧起来，非常难过。

西庇太的儿子雅各、约翰，来到耶稣跟前，对他说：“老师，我们无论向你求什么，愿你为我们作成。”

当时西门．彼得、称为“双生子”的多马、加利利的迦拿人拿但业、西庇太的两个儿子，和另外两个门徒都聚在一起。

彼得转过身来，看见耶稣所爱的那门徒跟着，就是在晚饭的时候，靠着耶稣的胸膛，问“主啊，出卖你的是谁？”的那个人。彼得看见他，就问耶稣：“主啊，这个人将来怎么样？”耶稣回答他：“如果我要他活到我来的时候，跟你有什么关系呢？你只管跟从我吧！”于是这话流传在弟兄中间，说那门徒不会死。其实耶稣并没有对他说他不会死，只是说：“如果我要他活到我来的时候，跟你有什么关系呢？”为这些事作证，并且记述这些事的，就是这门徒；我们知道他的见证是真实的。耶稣所行的，还有许多其他的事；如果都一一写下来，所要写成的书，我想就是这个世界也容不下了。

于是他不许别人跟他一起去，只带了彼得、雅各和雅各的弟弟约翰。

他们又对我说：“论到许多民族、邦国、方言和君王，你必须再说预言。”
