那人出去，倒說許多的話，把這件事傳揚開了，使耶穌不能再公開進城，只好留在外邊曠野地方，人從各處都到他跟前來。

使徒既作了見證，並且宣講了主的道，就回耶路撒冷去，一路在撒瑪利亞好些村莊傳揚福音。

因為聖靈禁止他們在亞細亞講道，他們就經過弗呂家、加拉太一帶地方。

過了不久，耶穌周遊各城各鄉傳道，宣講上帝國的福音。和他同去的有十二個使徒，

我在大會中傳講公義的佳音，看哪，必不制止我的嘴唇；耶和華啊，這一切你都知道。

全城的人都聚集在門前。

他開口教導他們說：

這時，有幾萬人聚集，甚至彼此踐踏。耶穌就先對門徒說：「你們要防備法利賽人的酵，就是假冒為善。

「這比喻是這樣的：種子就是上帝的道。

在別加講了道，就下亞大利去，

找到了就對他說：「眾人都在找你！」

那些因司提反的事遭患難而四處分散的門徒，直走到腓尼基、塞浦路斯和安提阿。他們不向別人講道，只向猶太人講。

耶穌又在海邊教導人。有一大羣人到他那裏聚集，他只好上船坐下。船在海裏，眾人都靠近海，站在岸上。耶穌就用許多比喻教導他們。在教導的時候，他對他們說：

約翰下監以後，耶穌來到加利利，宣講上帝的福音，

務要傳道；無論得時不得時總要專心，並以百般的忍耐和各樣的教導責備人，警戒人，勸勉人。

他到底怎麼說呢？「這話語就離你近，就在你口中，在你心裏，」（就是說，我們傳揚所信的話語。）

耶穌出來，見有一大羣的人，就憐憫他們，因為他們如同羊沒有牧人一般，於是開始教導他們許多事。

有一天，耶穌教導人，有法利賽人和律法教師在旁邊坐着；他們是從加利利各鄉村、猶太和耶路撒冷來的。主的能力與耶穌同在，使他能治好病人。
