As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector’s booth.“ Follow me,” Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him.

Then, passing by, he saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax office, and he said to him,“ Follow me,” and he got up and followed him.

Then, moving on, He saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax office, and He said to him,“ Follow Me!” So he got up and followed Him.

And as he passed by, he saw Levi the[ son] of Alphaeus sitting at the receipt of custom, and said unto him, Follow me. And he arose and followed him.

As he went along, he saw Levi, the son of Alphaeus, sitting at the tax booth.“ Follow me,” he said to him. And he got up and followed him.

As he passed by, he saw Levi, the son of Alphaeus, sitting at the tax office, and he said to him,“ Follow me.” And he arose and followed him.

厥後、耶穌出行、見一稅吏名理味者、坐於稅關、諭之曰：『從予！』遂舍棄一切、起而從之。理味設盛筵、款耶穌於其家。同席者有稅吏、及其他多人。法利塞人與經生見而不悅、謂耶穌門徒曰：『爾等胡為與稅吏罪人共席？』耶穌曰：『無疾者不需醫、惟病者需之。予來非召義者、正欲召罪人悔過自新耳。』

亞爾咈子雅谷伯、奮銳黨西門、

耶穌謂之曰：『從予、將使爾為生靈漁夫。』二人立棄其網而從之。復前行、又見兄弟二人、即慈伯德子雅各伯暨弟若望、與父慈伯德修網舟中；召之、亦即捨網謝父而從。

又有安德烈、裴理伯、巴爾多樂茂、瑪竇、多默、亞爾弗子雅谷伯、樹德、加納人西門；

耶穌他適、途中見一人、坐稅關、名瑪竇、召之曰：『從予。』即起而從之。移時、耶穌讌於其家、稅吏罪人、魚貫而至、與耶穌及諸徒同席。法利塞人見之、謂其徒曰：『爾師奚為與稅吏罪人同食？』耶穌聞之、曰：『康健者不需醫、惟病者需之。「予愛仁慈、不愛祭祀；」爾其歸而玩索斯語之義。蓋予之來、非召義者、惟召罪人耳。』

耶穌乃謂之曰：『爾其從予、將使爾為生靈之漁夫。』二人立舍其網而從。復前行、見慈伯德子雅谷伯暨弟若望修網舟中、即召之。二人乃舍其父與傭於舟而從焉。

既入城、登一樓房、即諸徒之所寓也。諸徒者、伯鐸祿、若望、雅谷伯、安德烈、斐理伯、多默、巴多樂茂、瑪竇、亞爾弗子雅各伯、奮銳黨西門、雅谷伯之弟樹德是也。
