群众看见，就起了敬畏的心，颂赞那把这样的权柄赐给人的神。

耶稣把鬼赶走之后，哑巴就说话了。众人都很惊奇，说：“这样的事，在以色列从来没有见过。”

众人都惊惧，颂赞神说：“有伟大的先知在我们中间兴起来了！”又说：“神眷顾他的子民了！”

自古以来，没有人听过生下来就是瞎眼的，有人可以开他们的眼睛。

耶稣用双手按在她身上，她立刻直起腰来，颂赞神。

众人因着所发生的事，都颂赞神，于是公议会为了群众的缘故，也因为找不到借口惩罚他们，就恐吓一番，把他们放了。

群众看见哑巴说话，残废的复原，瘸腿的行走，瞎眼的看见，就十分惊奇，于是颂赞以色列的神。

内中有一个人见自己已经好了，就回来大声颂赞神，

群众都很惊奇，说：“难道他就是大卫的子孙？”

众人都很惊讶，于是彼此对问说：“这是怎么一回事？是个有权能的新道理啊！他吩咐污灵，污灵竟服从了他！”

群众中有许多人信了他。他们说：“基督来的时候，他所行的神迹，能比这人所行的更多吗？”

众人都惊奇，颂赞神，并且十分惧怕，说：“我们今天看见了不平常的事。”
