After getting into a boat he crossed to the other side and came to his own town.

As Jesus approached Jericho, a blind man was sitting by the road begging.When he heard a crowd going by, he asked what was going on.They told him,“ Jesus the Nazarene is passing by.”So he called out,“ Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”

But as the man went out he began to announce it publicly and spread the story widely, so that Jesus was no longer able to enter any town openly but stayed outside in remote places. Still they kept coming to him from everywhere.

When he heard that Jesus had come back from Judea to Galilee, he went to him and begged him to come down and heal his son, who was about to die.

Just then some men showed up, carrying a paralyzed man on a stretcher. They were trying to bring him in and place him before Jesus.

After Jesus left there, he went to the region of Tyre. When he went into a house, he did not want anyone to know, but he was not able to escape notice.

When this sound occurred, a crowd gathered and was in confusion, because each one heard them speaking in his own language.
