while it is said,“ Today if you will hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts, as in the rebellion.”For who, when they heard, rebelled? Wasn’t it all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses?With whom was he displeased forty years? Wasn’t it with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness?To whom did he swear that they wouldn’t enter into his rest, but to those who were disobedient?We see that they weren’t able to enter in because of unbelief.

As many as I love, I reprove and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent.

Therefore, even as the Holy Spirit says,“ Today if you will hear his voice,don’t harden your hearts, as in the rebellion, like as in the day of the trial in the wilderness,

But beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and Sadducees.”

He said to them,“ Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain,‘ Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

He said to them,“ Foolish men, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!

Jesus, perceiving it, said to them,“ Why do you reason that it’s because you have no bread? Don’t you perceive yet, neither understand? Is your heart still hardened?Having eyes, don’t you see? Having ears, don’t you hear? Don’t you remember?

Yahweh said to Moses,“ How long will this people despise me? and how long will they not believe in me, for all the signs which I have worked among them?

Then he said to Thomas,“ Reach here your finger, and see my hands. Reach here your hand, and put it into my side. Don’t be unbelieving, but believing.”

When therefore it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were locked where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the middle, and said to them,“ Peace be to you.”When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. The disciples therefore were glad when they saw the Lord.

So Jesus said,“ Do you also still not understand?Don’t you understand that whatever goes into the mouth passes into the belly, and then out of the body?
