諸徒正共談此事、耶穌倏立其中曰：『錫爾平安！』諸徒駭怖、以為見神。耶穌曰：『何事驚惶？何多疑懼？一視吾手吾足、便知是我；捫也！視也！神無骨肉、爾見我實有之。』言已、出示手足、諸徒驚喜交集、猶恐其非真也。耶穌曰：『爾有食乎？』徒乃授以炙魚一片、蜜窩一方；遂受而當眾食之。

勿忘聖神之言：『今日若聆慈音、慎毋鐵石乃心！炯戒不遠、在爾先人；率彼曠野、頻忤吾神。』夫當日聆天主之音、而忤天主之神者、誰耶？非隨摩西出埃及之眾人乎？天主所謂：「厭惡斯代、垂四十春」者、又誰耶？非多行不義、卒至暴屍曠野者乎？天主所誓：「不令入吾安寧」者、又誰耶？非心懷狐疑之諸悖逆乎？鳴呼、若輩之不得入安寗、以不信也；吾人亦可以鑒矣！

吾所愛者、吾則責之懲之。尚其激發熱情、悔過自新。

因此、聖神警吾人曰：『今日若聞慈音、慎毋鐵石乃心！炯戒不遠、在爾先人；率彼曠野、頻忤吾神；

耶穌在諸邑廣行聖跡、而居民終不悔悟；因斥之曰：

徒聞耶穌復活、且為所見、初不之信。嗣彼中二人前往田廬、耶穌改容顯現、二人趨告他徒、亦不之信。

毋閉爾心。炯戒不遠。在爾先人。雖遭百罹。猶不知悛。率彼曠野。頻忤吾神。目擊大猷。冥頑不靈。心厭彼逆。垂四十春。中心懷邪。天理不明。吾憤乃誓。不令安寧。

答曰：『汝亦若斯無識耶？豈不知自外入者、不能浼人、

耶穌知之、曰：『何爾信心之薄、而以無餅為慮乎；爾曹豈猶未悟？獨不憶五餅食五千人、而猶得若干筐；七餅食四千人、而猶得若干筐乎？吾謂慎防法利塞撒杜責之酵、非言餅也。爾曹尚無悟乎？』

惟此類魔鬼、非禱與齋、亦不能祛耳。』

耶穌謂之曰：『愚人哉！何爾心之冥頑、而不信歷來先知之所言乎？

耶穌知而訓之曰：『奚以無餅為念？爾等今猶未見且未悟乎？豈爾心冥頑不靈、有目不見、有耳不聞耶？

繼謂多默曰：『親指探斯穴、親視吾手、親撫吾肋孔！應具信德、莫為狐疑之徒！』

是為週首。既暮、諸徒以懼猶太人故、共聚一室、諸戶緊扃。而耶穌進立其中曰：『賜爾平安！』言畢伸手顯肋、令視。諸徒見主至忻。

耶穌曰：『爾曹亦依然無識耶？豈不知入於口者、運於腹而遺於廁乎？
