In the same way the chief priests and the teachers of the law mocked him among themselves.“ He saved others,” they said,“ but he can’t save himself!

So also the chief priests with the scribes mocked him to one another, saying,“ He saved others; he cannot save himself.

众祭司长、文士和长老也同样嘲笑他，说：“他救了别人，不能救自己。他是以色列的王，现在从十字架上下来，我们就信他。他倚靠上帝，上帝若愿意，现在就来救他，因为他曾说‘我是上帝的儿子’。”

犬类围着我，恶党环绕我；他们扎了我的手、我的脚。我数遍我的骨头；他们瞪着眼看我。

祭司长和法利赛人召开议会，说：“这人行好些神迹，我们怎么办呢？若让他这样做，人人都要信他；罗马人也要来毁灭我们的圣殿和我们的民族。”其中有一个人，名叫该亚法，那年当大祭司，对他们说：“你们什么都不知道，也不想想，一个人替百姓死，免得整个民族灭亡，这对你们是有利的。”他这话不是出于自己的意思，而是因他那年当大祭司，所以预言耶稣将为这民族而死。他不但替这民族死，还要把上帝四散的儿女都聚集起来，合成一群。

列国为什么争闹？万民为什么图谋虚妄？世上的君王都站稳，臣宰一同算计，要对抗耶和华，对抗他的受膏者：“我们要挣脱他们的捆绑，脱去他们的绳索。”那坐在天上的必讥笑，主必嗤笑他们。

上帝的旨意若是要你们因行善受苦，这总比因行恶受苦好。因为基督也曾一次为罪受苦，就是义的代替不义的，为要引领你们到上帝面前。在肉体里，他被治死；但在灵里，他复活了。

耶稣回答他们说：“人子得荣耀的时候到了。我实实在在地告诉你们，一粒麦子不落在地里死了，仍旧是一粒；若是死了，就结出许多子粒来。
