大司祭及經生輩亦相與肆其嘲弄曰：『何彼之善於救人、而拙於救己也！

In the same way the chief priests and the teachers of the law mocked him among themselves.“ He saved others,” they said,“ but he can’t save himself!

In the same way the chief priests and the teachers of the law made fun of him among themselves.“ He saved others,” they said.“ But he can’t save himself!

So also the chief priests with the scribes mocked him to one another, saying,“ He saved others; he cannot save himself.

The leading priests and teachers of religious law also mocked Jesus.“ He saved others,” they scoffed,“ but he can’t save himself!

百姓站在那裏觀看。官府也嗤笑他，說：「他救了別人；他若是基督，神所揀選的，可以救自己吧！」兵丁也戲弄他，上前拿醋送給他喝，說：「你若是猶太人的王，可以救自己吧！」

祭司長和文士並長老也是這樣戲弄他，說：「他救了別人，不能救自己。他是以色列的王，現在可以從十字架上下來，我們就信他。他倚靠神，神若喜悅他，現在可以救他；因為他曾說：『我是神的兒子。』」

犬類圍着我，惡黨環繞我；他們扎了我的手，我的腳。我的骨頭，我都能數過；他們瞪着眼看我。

祭司長和法利賽人聚集公會，說：「這人行好些神蹟，我們怎麼辦呢？若這樣由着他，人人都要信他，羅馬人也要來奪我們的地土和我們的百姓。」內中有一個人，名叫該亞法，本年作大祭司，對他們說：「你們不知道甚麼。獨不想一個人替百姓死，免得通國滅亡，就是你們的益處。」他這話不是出於自己，是因他本年作大祭司，所以預言耶穌將要替這一國死；也不但替這一國死，並要將神四散的子民都聚集歸一。

外邦為甚麼爭鬧？萬民為甚麼謀算虛妄的事？世上的君王一齊起來，臣宰一同商議，要敵擋耶和華並他的受膏者，說：我們要掙開他們的捆綁，脫去他們的繩索。那坐在天上的必發笑；主必嗤笑他們。

神的旨意若是叫你們因行善受苦，總強如因行惡受苦。因基督也曾一次為罪受苦，就是義的代替不義的，為要引我們到神面前。按着肉體說，他被治死；按着靈性說，他復活了。

耶穌說：「人子得榮耀的時候到了。我實實在在地告訴你們，一粒麥子不落在地裏死了，仍舊是一粒，若是死了，就結出許多子粒來。
