大司祭及經生輩亦相與肆其嘲弄曰：『何彼之善於救人、而拙於救己也！

In the same way the chief priests and the teachers of the law mocked him among themselves.“ He saved others,” they said,“ but he can’t save himself!

So also the chief priests with the scribes mocked him to one another, saying,“ He saved others; he cannot save himself.

The leading priests and teachers of religious law also mocked Jesus.“ He saved others,” they scoffed,“ but he can’t save himself!

百姓站着观看，官长嘲笑耶稣说：“祂救了别人，如果祂是上帝所选立的基督，让祂救自己吧！”士兵们也戏弄祂，拿了些酸酒上前给祂喝，又说：“如果你是犹太人的王，救救自己呀！”

祭司长、律法教师和长老也嘲讽说：“祂救了别人，却救不了自己！祂要是以色列的王，就从十字架上跳下来吧！我们就信祂。祂说信靠上帝，如果上帝喜悦祂，就让上帝来救祂吧！因为祂自称是上帝的儿子。”

恶人包围我，犹如一群恶犬，他们刺伤我的手脚。我身上的骨头历历可见，人们都幸灾乐祸地看着我。

祭司长和法利赛人便召开公会会议，说：“这人行了这么多神迹，我们该怎么办呢？如果让祂这样继续下去，所有的人都会信祂，那时罗马人一定会来夺取我们的土地，掳掠我们的人民。”当年担任大祭司的该亚法对他们说：“你们什么都不懂！你们没有认识到，祂一个人替众人死，而不是整个民族灭亡，对你们来说更好。”其实这句话不是出于他自己，只因那年他是大祭司，上帝借着他预言耶稣将要替犹太民族死。祂不单是要替犹太民族死，也要把散居在各处的上帝的儿女聚集在一起。

列国为何咆哮？万民为何枉费心机？世上的君王一同行动，官长聚集商议，要抵挡耶和华和祂所膏立的王。他们说：“让我们挣断他们的锁链，脱去他们的捆索！”坐在天上宝座上的主必笑他们，祂必嘲笑他们。

如果上帝的旨意是要你们因行善而受苦，这也总比你们因作恶而受苦强。因为基督也曾一次为罪受苦，以无罪之身代替不义之人，为要领你们到上帝面前。祂的肉体虽被处死，但祂借着圣灵复活了。

耶稣说：“人子得荣耀的时候到了。我实实在在地告诉你们，一粒麦子如果不落在地里死了，仍是一粒，如果死了，就会结出许多麦粒来。
