But again he denied it. After a little while those standing there said to Peter again,“ You certainly are one of them, since you’re also a Galilean.”

彼得又不承认。过了不久，旁边站着的人又对彼得说：“你真是他们一伙的，因为你也是加利利人。”

彼得又不承认。过了不久，旁边站着的人又对彼得说：“你真是他们一伙的，因为你也是加利利人。”

彼得又加以否认。再过了一会儿，旁观的人也指着彼得说：“你一定是跟他们一伙的，因为你也是加利利人！”

彼得还是不承认。过了一会，站在旁边的人也对彼得说：“你真是他们一伙的，因为你也是加利利人。”

彼得再次否认。过了一会儿，站在旁边的人又对彼得说：“你真的是与他们一伙的，因为你也是加利利人。”

彼得又不承認。過了不多的時候，旁邊站着的人又對彼得說：「你真是他們一黨的！因為你是加利利人。」

彼得又不承認。過了不久，旁邊站着的人又對彼得說：「你真是他們一夥的，因為你也是加利利人。」

彼得又不承認。過了不久，旁邊站着的人又對彼得說：「你真是他們一夥的，因為你也是加利利人。」

彼得又加以否認。再過了一會兒，旁觀的人也指著彼得說：「你一定是跟他們一夥的，因為你也是加利利人！」

彼得又否認。過了一會兒，旁邊站着的人又對彼得說：『真實地、你是他們中間的人；因為你是加利利人呀。』

彼得再次否認。過了一會兒，站在旁邊的人又對彼得說：「你真的是與他們一夥的，因為你也是加利利人。」

彼得復不承、頃之、旁立者謂之曰、爾誠其黨、以爾乃加利利人也、

頃之、旁立者語彼得曰、爾誠其黨、爾乃加利利人、方言亦合、

少頃、旁立者語彼得曰、爾誠其黨、蓋爾乃迦利利人、爾之方言亦相似、

伯鐸祿又不承。無何、旁立者又謂之曰：『爾確為彼之同黨、蓋爾亦加利利人耳。』

Again he denied it. After a little while, those standing near said to Peter,“ Surely you are one of them, for you are a Galilean.”

Again he said he was not. After a little while, those standing nearby said to Peter,“ You must be one of them. You are from Galilee.”

But again he denied it. And after a little while the bystanders again said to Peter,“ Certainly you are one of them, for you are a Galilean.”

But Peter denied it again. A little later some of the other bystanders confronted Peter and said,“ You must be one of them, because you are a Galilean.”

But again he denied it. And after a little while the bystanders were again saying to Peter,“ You really are one of them, for you are a Galilean as well.”

But he denied it again. And a little later those who stood by said to Peter again,“ Surely you are one of them; for you are a Galilean, and your speech shows it.”

But he again denied it. And after a little while again they that stood by said to Peter, Of a truth thou art one of them; for thou art a Galilæan.

But again he denied it. After a little while those standing there said to Peter again,“ You certainly are one of them, since you’re also a Galilean!”

And he denied it again. And a little after, they that stood by said again to Peter, Surely thou art[ one] of them: for thou art a Galilaean, and thy speech agreeth[ thereto].

But he denied it again. A short time later the bystanders again said to Peter,“ You must be one of them, because you are also a Galilean.”

But he again denied it. After a little while again those who stood by said to Peter,“ You truly are one of them, for you are a Galilean, and your speech shows it.”

But he denied it:“ I don’t know or understand what you’re talking about.” Then he went out to the entryway, and a rooster crowed.

About an hour later, another kept insisting,“ This man was certainly with him, since he’s also a Galilean.”But Peter said,“ Man, I don’t know what you’re talking about!” Immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.

After a little while those standing there approached and said to Peter,“ You really are one of them, since even your accent gives you away.”Then he started to curse and to swear with an oath,“ I don’t know the man!” Immediately a rooster crowed,

They were astounded and amazed, saying,“ Look, aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans?

One of the high priest’s servants, a relative of the man whose ear Peter had cut off, said,“ Didn’t I see you with him in the garden?”Peter denied it again. Immediately a rooster crowed.

they told him,“ Please say Shibboleth.” If he said,“ Sibboleth,” because he could not pronounce it correctly, they seized him and executed him at the fords of the Jordan. At that time forty-two thousand from Ephraim died.
