朋友加的創傷出自真誠，仇敵連連親吻卻是多餘。

我既然恩待了你們，現在請你們憑耶和華向我起誓，你們也照樣恩待我家，並且給我一個可靠的憑據，

塗在你們房屋上的血是一個記號，我經過的時候，見到這血就會越過。我擊打埃及的時候，那災禍不會落到你們身上。

他們被毒打一頓，又被關進監獄，官長命獄卒嚴密看守。

我的同伴違背盟約，攻擊朋友。他口蜜腹劍，笑裡藏刀。

我保羅在這裡親筆問候你們，這是我的筆跡，我所有的信都以此為記號。

毫不懼怕敵人的恐嚇。這清楚表明他們必滅亡，你們必得救，這是出於上帝。
