及返、見諸徒皆睡、呼伯鐸祿曰：『西門睡耶？竟弗克儆守半晷！

Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping.“ Simon,” he said to Peter,“ are you asleep? Couldn’t you keep watch for one hour?

And he came and found them sleeping, and he said to Peter,“ Simon, are you asleep? Could you not watch one hour?

Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping.“ Couldn’t you men keep watch with me for one hour?” he asked Peter.

They spoke about his departure, which he was about to bring to fulfillment at Jerusalem.Peter and his companions were very sleepy, but when they became fully awake, they saw his glory and the two men standing with him.

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Absalom said to Hushai,“ So this is the love you show your friend? If he’s your friend, why didn’t you go with him?”

When he came back, he again found them sleeping, because their eyes were heavy. They did not know what to say to him.Returning the third time, he said to them,“ Are you still sleeping and resting? Enough! The hour has come. Look, the Son of Man is delivered into the hands of sinners.

When he rose from prayer and went back to the disciples, he found them asleep, exhausted from sorrow.“ Why are you sleeping?” he asked them.“ Get up and pray so that you will not fall into temptation.”

The bridegroom was a long time in coming, and they all became drowsy and fell asleep.

“ If you have raced with men on foot and they have worn you out, how can you compete with horses? If you stumble in safe country, how will you manage in the thickets by the Jordan?

So then, let us not be like others, who are asleep, but let us be awake and sober.For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, get drunk at night.But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet.

The captain went to him and said,“ How can you sleep? Get up and call on your god! Maybe he will take notice of us so that we will not perish.”
