我們所祝福的杯，豈不是同領基督的血嗎？我們所擘開的餅，豈不是同領基督的身體嗎？我們雖多，仍是一個餅，一個身體，因為我們都是分受這一個餅。

耶穌說：「這是我立約的血，為多人流出來的。

我告訴你們，從今以後，我不再喝這葡萄汁，直等神的國來到。」又拿起餅來，祝謝了，就擘開，遞給他們，說：「這是我的身體，為你們捨的，你們也應當如此行，為的是記念我。」飯後也照樣拿起杯來，說：「這杯是用我血所立的新約，是為你們流出來的。

然而，有幾隻小船從提比哩亞來，靠近主祝謝後分餅給人吃的地方。

於是吩咐眾人坐在草地上，就拿着這五個餅，兩條魚，望着天祝福，擘開餅，遞給門徒，門徒又遞給眾人。

到了坐席的時候，耶穌拿起餅來，祝謝了，擘開，遞給他們。

七隻好母牛是七年，七個好穗子也是七年；這夢乃是一個。

耶穌拿着這五個餅，兩條魚，望着天祝福，擘開餅，遞給門徒，擺在眾人面前，也把那兩條魚分給眾人。

我就是生命的糧。你們的祖宗在曠野吃過嗎哪，還是死了。這是從天上降下來的糧，叫人吃了就不死。我是從天上降下來生命的糧；人若吃這糧，就必永遠活着。我所要賜的糧就是我的肉，為世人之生命所賜的。」因此，猶太人彼此爭論說：「這個人怎能把他的肉給我們吃呢？」耶穌說：「我實實在在地告訴你們，你們若不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，就沒有生命在你們裏面。吃我肉、喝我血的人就有永生，在末日我要叫他復活。我的肉真是可吃的，我的血真是可喝的。吃我肉、喝我血的人常在我裏面，我也常在他裏面。永活的父怎樣差我來，我又因父活着；照樣，吃我肉的人也要因我活着。這就是從天上降下來的糧。吃這糧的人就永遠活着，不像你們的祖宗吃過嗎哪還是死了。」

也都喝了一樣的靈水。所喝的，是出於隨着他們的靈磐石；那磐石就是基督。

（我見有一片圓鉛被舉起來。）這坐在量器中的是個婦人。

我當日傳給你們的，原是從主領受的，就是主耶穌被賣的那一夜，拿起餅來，祝謝了，就擘開，說：「這是我的身體，為你們捨的，你們應當如此行，為的是記念我。」飯後，也照樣拿起杯來，說：「這杯是用我的血所立的新約，你們每逢喝的時候，要如此行，為的是記念我。」你們每逢吃這餅，喝這杯，是表明主的死，直等到他來。所以，無論何人，不按理吃主的餅，喝主的杯，就是干犯主的身、主的血了。人應當自己省察，然後吃這餅、喝這杯。因為人吃喝，若不分辨是主的身體，就是吃喝自己的罪了。

這夏甲二字是指着阿拉伯的西奈山，與現在的耶路撒冷同類，因耶路撒冷和她的兒女都是為奴的。
