因為假基督們和假先知們會出現，行神蹟和奇事，如果有可能，甚至迷惑那些蒙揀選的人。

因为假基督、假先知将要起来，显神迹奇事，倘若能行，就把选民迷惑了。

因將有偽基督、偽先知起、施行異跡奇事、若能惑選民、則亦惑之、

蓋有偽基督偽先知者出、多顯怪異、駸駸乎將熒惑選民！

For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.

False messiahs and false prophets will appear. They will do signs and miracles. They will try to fool God’s chosen people if possible.

For false christs and false prophets will arise and perform signs and wonders, to lead astray, if possible, the elect.

因為假基督們和假先知們會出現，行大神蹟和奇事，如果有可能，甚至迷惑那些蒙揀選的人。

我的羊聽我的聲音，我也認識他們，他們也跟著我；並且我賜給他們永恆的生命，他們絕不會滅亡，直到永遠。誰也不能把他們從我手中奪走。

然後這不法之人要被顯露出來。主耶穌要以自己口中的氣殺掉他，藉著自己來臨的顯現除去他。這不法之人的到來，是出於撒旦的作為，對那些正在滅亡的人，使用一切能力、虛假的神蹟和奇事，並且使用一切不義的詭計，因為他們不接受那能使他們得救的真理之愛。為此，神就把一種迷惑人的力量送進他們裡面，使他們相信虛假之事，好使所有不相信真理而喜悅不義的人，都被定罪。蒙主所愛的弟兄們，我們應該為你們常常感謝神，因為神為了救恩的緣故，就藉著在聖靈裡的分別為聖，以及真理的信仰，揀選了你們做為初熟的果子。為此，神也藉著我們的福音召喚了你們，使你們獲得我們主耶穌基督的榮耀。

「你們要提防假先知。他們披著羊皮來到你們這裡，裡面卻是凶殘的狼。

耶穌對他說：「你們如果沒有看見神蹟和奇事，你們就絕不會信！」

牠又行大奇蹟，甚至在眾人面前，使火從天降到地上。藉著那些奇蹟，就是牠被准許在第一隻獸面前所行的奇蹟，牠就迷惑了住在地上的人，告訴住在地上的人，要為那受刀傷卻活過來的獸，造一個像。

許多人會以我的名而來，聲稱『我就是那一位』，並且會迷惑許多人。

住在地上的人，凡是名字從創世以來沒有記在那被殺羔羊的生命冊上的，都將膜拜牠。

他們從我們中間出去，但他們本來就不屬於我們，因為他們如果屬於我們，就會留下與我們在一起；不過這樣就顯明出，他們都不屬於我們。

不過神堅固的根基始終確立，上面有這樣的印記：「主認識那些屬於自己的人」還有「所有稱呼主名的人都要離開不義」。

我寫給你們的這些，是關於迷惑你們之人的。

你所看見的那獸，先前在而現今不在，並將要從無底坑裡上來，然後走向滅亡。住在地上的人，凡是名字從創世以來沒有被記在生命冊上的，看見那先前在而現今不在，並將要出現的獸時，都會感到驚奇。
