惟見慘無人道之事、入禁地（讀者其深味斯言、）則在猶太者當避入深山、

“ When you see‘ the abomination that causes desolation’ standing where it does not belong— let the reader understand— then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.

“ You will see‘ the hated thing that destroys.’( Daniel 9:27; 11:31; 12:11) It will stand where it does not belong. The reader should understand this. Then those who are in Judea should escape to the mountains.

從除掉經常獻的祭，設立那施行毀滅的可憎之物的時候起，必有一千二百九十日。

在一七之期，他必與許多人堅立盟約；一七之半，他必使獻祭與供獻止息。那施行毀滅的可憎之物必立在聖殿裏，直到所定的結局傾倒在那行毀滅者的身上。」

他要興兵，這兵必褻瀆聖所，就是堡壘，除掉經常獻的祭，設立那施行毀滅的可憎之物。

在此，要有智慧：讓有悟性的人解開獸的數目吧，因為這是一個人的數字，那數字是六百六十六。

敵人伸手奪取她的一切貴重物品；她眼見列國侵入她的聖所，你曾吩咐他們不可進入你的集會。

弟兄們，在心志上不要作小孩子。但是，在惡事上要作嬰孩，而在心志上總要作大人。

「當你們看見耶路撒冷被兵圍困，就可知道它成為荒蕪的日子近了。那時，在猶太的，應當逃到山上；在城裏的，應當出來；在鄉下的，不要進城。因為這是報應的日子，要使經上所寫的都得應驗。在那些日子，懷孕的和奶孩子的就苦了。因為將有大災難降在這地方，也有憤怒臨到這百姓。他們要倒在刀下，又被擄到各國去。耶路撒冷要被外邦人踐踏，直到外邦人的日子滿了。」

我聽見有一位聖者說話，又有一位聖者向那說話的聖者說：「這經常獻的祭、帶來荒涼的罪過、聖所與軍隊被踐踏的異象，要持續到幾時呢？」

「主耶和華如此說：所有心和肉體未受割禮的外邦人，就是住在以色列中間的任何外邦人，都不可進入我的聖所。」

腓利就跑到太監那裏，聽見他正在念以賽亞先知的書，就說：「你明白你所念的嗎？」他說：「沒有人指教我，怎能明白呢？」於是他請腓利上車，與他同坐。

誦讀這書上預言的，和那些聽見又遵守其中所記載的，都是有福的，因為時候近了。

耶穌說：「這一切的話你們都明白了嗎？」他們對他說：「明白了。」

「當你們看見先知但以理所說的那『施行毀滅的褻瀆者』站在聖地（讀這經的人要會意），那時，在猶太的，應當逃到山上；在屋頂上的，不要下來拿家裏的東西；在田裏的，不要回去取衣裳。在那些日子，懷孕的和奶孩子的就苦了。你們要祈求，好讓你們逃走的時候，不遇見冬天或安息日。因為那時必有大災難，自從世界的起頭直到如今，從沒有這樣的災難，將來也不會有。若不減少那些日子，凡血肉之軀的，就沒有一個能得救；可是為了選民，那些日子將減少。那時，若有人對你們說：『看哪，基督在這裏！』或『在那裏！』你們不要信。因為假基督和假先知將要起來，顯大神蹟、大奇事，如果可能，要把選民也迷惑了。看哪，我已經預先告訴你們了。若有人對你們說：『看哪，基督在曠野裏！』你們不要出去；或說：『看哪，基督在內室中！』你們不要信。好像閃電從東邊發出，直照到西邊，人子來臨也要這樣。屍首在哪裏，鷹也會聚在哪裏。」

就連那有聲而沒有生命的東西，如簫，如琴，發出來的音若沒有分別，怎能知道所吹所彈的是甚麼呢？號角吹出來的音若不清楚，誰會預備打仗呢？
