死人復活也是這樣。所種的是會朽壞的，復活的是不朽壞的；所種的是羞辱的，復活的是榮耀的；所種的是軟弱的，復活的是強壯的；所種的是血肉的身體，復活的是靈性的身體。既有血肉的身體，也就有靈性的身體。經上也是這樣記着說：「首先的人亞當成了有生命的人」；末後的亞當成了賜生命的靈。但是，不是屬靈的在先，而是屬血肉的在先，然後才是屬靈的。第一個人是出於地，是屬於塵土；第二個人是出於天。那屬塵土的怎樣，凡屬塵土的也都怎樣；屬天的怎樣，凡屬天的也都怎樣。就如我們既有屬塵土的形像，將來也必有屬天的形像。弟兄們，我要告訴你們的是：血肉之軀不能承受神的國，必朽壞的也不能承受不朽壞的。我如今把一件奧祕的事告訴你們：我們不是都要睡覺，而是都要改變，就在一剎那，眨眼之間，號筒末次吹響的時候。因號筒要吹響，死人要復活成為不朽壞的，我們也要改變。這會朽壞的必須變成不朽壞的；這會死的總要變成不會死的。當這會朽壞的變成不朽壞的，這會死的變成不會死的，那時經上所記「死亡已被勝利吞滅了」的話就應驗了。
