倘有人詰爾、因何行此、則曰、主需之、即許爾牽之、

如有人問故、第曰：「主需一用、即當歸還。」』

If anyone asks you,‘ Why are you doing this?’ say,‘ The Lord needs it and will send it back here shortly.’”

大地和其中所充满的，世界和住在其中的，都属于耶和华，

在你掌权的日子，你的子民都甘心奉献自己；你的少年人以圣洁为装饰，如黎明初晓时的甘露归属你。

神藉着耶稣基督——这一位就是万有之主——传和平的福音，把这话语赐给了以色列子民。

因为你们知道我们主耶稣基督的恩典：他虽然富足，却为你们成了贫穷，好使你们藉着他的贫穷可以成为富足。

他们就祷告说：“主啊，你洞察每个人的心。求你从这两个人中，指明你所拣选的是哪一位，

也不受人手的服事，好像缺少什么似的，因为他自己把生命、气息和万有赐给万人。

他会给你们看楼上一间预备好的大房间。你们就在那里为我们预备吧。”

你使他暂时比天使低微；你赐他荣耀和尊贵为冠冕；你使万有都服从在他的脚下。”既然神使万有都服从他，就没有留下一样不服从他；但如今，我们还没有看见万有都服从他。不过我们看见的是：那暂时比天使低微的耶稣，因着死亡的痛苦被赐予荣耀和尊贵为冠冕，好使他藉着神的恩典，替所有的人尝了死的滋味。
