These are the ones who are like dangerous reefs at your love feasts. They feast with you, nurturing only themselves without fear. They are waterless clouds carried along by winds; trees in late autumn— fruitless, twice dead, pulled out by the roots;

But if it produces thorns and thistles, it is worthless and about to be cursed, and will be burned at the end.

What more could I have done for My vineyard than I did? Why, when I expected a yield of good grapes, did it yield worthless grapes?

His roots below dry up, and his branches above wither away.All memory of him perishes from the earth; he has no name anywhere.
