On reaching Jerusalem, Jesus entered the temple courts and began driving out those who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves,

犹太人的逾越节快到了，耶稣便上耶路撒冷去。祂看见圣殿区有人在卖牛羊和鸽子，还有人在兑换银币，就用绳索做成鞭子把牛羊赶出去，倒掉钱商的银币，推翻他们的桌子，又对卖鸽子的说：“把这些东西拿出去！不要把我父的殿当作市场。”祂的门徒想起圣经上说：“我对你的殿充满炙热的爱。”

耶稣进入圣殿，赶走里面做买卖的人，又推翻兑换钱币之人的桌子和卖鸽子之人的凳子。耶稣斥责他们说：“圣经上说，‘我的殿必称为祷告的殿。’你们竟把它变成了贼窝。”殿中的瞎子和瘸子都来到耶稣面前，祂便医好了他们。祭司长和律法教师看见祂所行的奇事，又听见小孩子在圣殿里高声喊着：“和散那归于大卫的后裔！”便十分恼怒。他们责问耶稣说：“你听见这些人说的了吗？”耶稣说：“我听见了。圣经上说，‘你使孩童和婴儿口中发出颂赞’，你们没有读过吗？”

耶稣进入圣殿赶走里面做买卖的人，并对他们说：“圣经上说，‘我的殿要成为祷告的殿’，你们竟把它变成了贼窝。”祂天天在圣殿教导人，祭司长、律法教师和百姓的官长都想杀祂，

就可以把那些收成换成银钱带去。在那里，你们可以随意买牛、羊、淡酒或烈酒，然后一家人在你们的上帝耶和华面前吃喝快乐。
