In response Jesus said to it,“ Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” And His disciples heard it.

耶稣就对树说：“从今以后，永没有人吃你的果子。”他的门徒也听见了。

于是他对那棵树说：“永远不再有任何人吃到你的果子了！”他的门徒都听见了。

耶穌就對樹說：「從今以後，永沒有人吃你的果子。」他的門徒也聽見了。

於是他對那棵樹說：「永遠不再有任何人吃到你的果子了！」他的門徒都聽見了。

耶穌謂樹曰：『此後應無人食爾果矣！』門徒共聞之。

Then he said to the tree,“ May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard him say it.

And he said to it,“ May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard it.

Then Jesus said to the tree,“ May no one ever eat your fruit again!” And the disciples heard him say it.

And He said to it,“ May no one ever eat fruit from you again!” And His disciples were listening.

And he answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit from thee henceforward for ever. And his disciples heard it.

And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard[ it].

He said to it,“ May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard it.

Jesus told it,“ May no one ever eat fruit from you again!” and his disciples heard it.

And seeing a fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and said to it,“ Let no fruit grow on you ever again.” Immediately the fig tree withered away.

And even now the ax is laid to the root of the trees. Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.And Peter, remembering, said to Him,“ Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.”

“ Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for a tree is known by its fruit.Brood of vipers! How can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things.

Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

And now, please let Me tell you what I will do to My vineyard: I will take away its hedge, and it shall be burned; And break down its wall, and it shall be trampled down.I will lay it waste; It shall not be pruned or dug, But there shall come up briers and thorns. I will also command the clouds That they rain no rain on it.”

“ Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it, dug a winepress in it and built a tower. And he leased it to vinedressers and went into a far country.

“ Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.“ And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart.You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.

“ Behold, I set before you today a blessing and a curse:the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you today;and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside from the way which I command you today, to go after other gods which you have not known.Now it shall be, when the Lord your God has brought you into the land which you go to possess, that you shall put the blessing on Mount Gerizim and the curse on Mount Ebal.Are they not on the other side of the Jordan, toward the setting sun, in the land of the Canaanites who dwell in the plain opposite Gilgal, beside the terebinth trees of Moreh?For you will cross over the Jordan and go in to possess the land which the Lord your God is giving you, and you will possess it and dwell in it.

He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.”

And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”

For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning.
