这时候，西庇太的儿子雅各和约翰来到耶稣面前，说：“老师，如果我们向你求什么，希望你为我们成全。”

西比太子雅各、約翰、就耶穌曰、我儕有求於先生願許我、

西比代子雅各約翰、就耶穌曰、師、我儕有求於爾、願爾為我成之、

慈伯德子雅谷伯若望謂耶穌曰：『夫子請允我所求。』

Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to him.“ Teacher,” they said,“ we want you to do for us whatever we ask.”

James and John came to Jesus. They were the sons of Zebedee.“ Teacher,” they said,“ we would like to ask you for a favor.”

And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came up to him and said to him,“ Teacher, we want you to do for us whatever we ask of you.”

Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came over and spoke to him.“ Teacher,” they said,“ we want you to do us a favor.”

James and John, the sons of Zebedee, approached him and said,“ Teacher, we want you to do whatever we ask you.”

James and John, the two sons of Zebedee,* came up to Jesus, saying to Him,“ Teacher, we want You to do for us whatever we ask of You.”

Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to Him, saying,“ Teacher, we want You to do for us whatever we ask.”

And there come near unto him James and John, the sons of Zebedee, saying unto him, Teacher, we would that thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall ask of thee.

Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, approached Him and said,“ Teacher, we want You to do something for us if we ask You.”

And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto him, saying, Master, we would that thou shouldest do for us whatsoever we shall desire.

Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to him and said,“ Teacher, we want you to do for us whatever we ask.”

James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came near to him, saying,“ Teacher, we want you to do for us whatever we will ask.”

那時，西庇太兒子的母親同她兩個兒子上前來拜耶穌，求他一件事。耶穌說：「你要甚麼呢？」她說：「願你叫我這兩個兒子在你國裏，一個坐在你右邊，一個坐在你左邊。」耶穌回答說：「你們不知道所求的是甚麼；我將要喝的杯，你們能喝嗎？」他們說：「我們能。」耶穌說：「我所喝的杯，你們必要喝；只是坐在我的左右，不是我可以賜的，乃是我父為誰預備的，就賜給誰。」那十個門徒聽見，就惱怒他們弟兄二人。耶穌叫了他們來，說：「你們知道外邦人有君王為主治理他們，有大臣操權管束他們。只是在你們中間，不可這樣；你們中間誰願為大，就必作你們的用人；誰願為首，就必作你們的僕人。正如人子來，不是要受人的服事，乃是要服事人，並且要捨命，作多人的贖價。」

拔示巴說：「我有一件小事求你，望你不要推辭。」王說：「請母親說，我必不推辭。」

現在我有一件事求你，望你不要推辭。」拔示巴說：「你說吧。」

耶穌稍往前走，又見西庇太的兒子雅各和雅各的兄弟約翰在船上補網。耶穌隨即招呼他們，他們就把父親西庇太和雇工人留在船上，跟從耶穌去了。

於是帶着彼得、雅各、約翰同去，就驚恐起來，極其難過，

於是帶着彼得、雅各，和雅各的兄弟約翰同去，不許別人跟隨他。

提哥亞婦人到王面前，伏地叩拜，說：「王啊，求你拯救！」王問她說：「你有甚麼事呢？」回答說：「婢女實在是寡婦，我丈夫死了。我有兩個兒子，一日在田間爭鬥，沒有人解勸，這個就打死那個。現在全家的人都起來攻擊婢女，說：『你將那打死兄弟的交出來，我們好治死他，償他打死兄弟的命，滅絕那承受家業的。』這樣，他們要將我剩下的炭火滅盡，不與我丈夫留名留後在世上。」王對婦人說：「你回家去吧！我必為你下令。」提哥亞婦人又對王說：「我主我王，願這罪歸我和我父家，與王和王的位無干。」王說：「凡難為你的，你就帶他到我這裏來，他必不再攪擾你。」婦人說：「願王記念耶和華－你的神，不許報血仇的人施行滅絕，恐怕他們滅絕我的兒子。」王說：「我指着永生的耶和華起誓：你的兒子連一根頭髮也不致落在地上。」

過了六天，耶穌帶着彼得、雅各、約翰暗暗地上了高山，就在他們面前變了形像，
