Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.

Then Peter spoke up,“ We have left everything to follow you!”

Peter began to say to him,“ See, we have left everything and followed you.”

Then Peter began to speak up.“ We’ve given up everything to follow you,” he said.

Then answered Peter and said unto him, Lo, we have left all, and followed thee; what then shall we have?And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, that ye who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit on the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.And every one that hath left houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit eternal life.But many shall be last that are first; and first that are last.

And they straightway left the boat and their father, and followed him.

And passing along by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew the brother of Simon casting a net in the sea; for they were fishers.And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.And straightway they left the nets, and followed him.And going on a little further, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the boat mending the nets.And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants, and went after him.

So therefore whosoever he be of you that renounceth not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.

And Peter said, Lo, we have left our own, and followed thee.And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or wife, or brethren, or parents, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake,who shall not receive manifold more in this time, and in the world to come eternal life.

And they straightway left the nets, and followed him.

Howbeit what things were gain to me, these have I counted loss for Christ.Yea verily, and I count all things to be loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but refuse, that I may gain Christ,and be found in him, not having a righteousness of mine own, even that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith:
