And He* said to them,“ Whoever divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her;

耶穌對他們說：「凡休妻另娶的，就是犯姦淫，辜負他的妻子；

耶穌說：「任何人休妻另娶，就是對妻子不忠，是犯通姦罪。

他對他們說：“誰休妻另娶，誰就是犯姦淫，得罪了妻子。

耶穌對他們說：『凡離棄妻子，同另一個人結婚的，就是犯姦淫辜負了妻子；

耶穌就說：「如果有人休妻，另娶別人，就是犯通姦罪觸犯妻子。

耶穌曰、凡棄妻而他娶者、乃負妻行淫也、

耶穌曰、凡棄妻他娶者、是淫行也、

耶穌曰、凡出妻而他娶者、即負妻而犯姦也、

耶穌曰：『出妻而他娶、是背妻而姦也。

He answered,“ Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her.

He answered,“ What if a man divorces his wife and gets married to another woman? He commits adultery against her.

And he said to them,“ Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her,

He told them,“ Whoever divorces his wife and marries someone else commits adultery against her.

He said to them,“ Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her.

So He said to them,“ Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her.

And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her:

So he told them,“ Whoever divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery against her.

He said to them,“ Whoever divorces his wife, and marries another, commits adultery against her.

And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”

“ Everyone who divorces his wife and marries another commits adultery, and he who marries one who is divorced from a husband commits adultery.

So then, if while her husband is alive she gives herself to another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from the law, so that she is not an adulteress if she gives herself to another man.

The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does; and likewise the husband also does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.

But to the married I give instructions, not I, but the Lord, that the wife is not to leave her husband( but if she does leave, she must remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband is not to divorce his wife.

“ Now it was said,‘ Whoever sends his wife away is to give her a certificate of divorce’;but I say to you that everyone who divorces his wife, except for the reason of sexual immorality, makes her commit adultery; and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled; for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.
