A man with leprosy came to him and begged him on his knees,“ If you are willing, you can make me clean.”

A man who had a skin disease came to Jesus. On his knees he begged Jesus. He said,“ If you are willing to make me‘ clean,’ you can do it.”

And a leper came to him, imploring him, and kneeling said to him,“ If you will, you can make me clean.”

A man with leprosy came and knelt in front of Jesus, begging to be healed.“ If you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean,” he said.

Then a man with leprosy came to him and, on his knees, begged him,“ If you are willing, you can make me clean.”

And a man with leprosy* came to Jesus, imploring Him and kneeling down, and saying to Him,“ If You are willing, You can make me clean.”

Now a leper came to Him, imploring Him, kneeling down to Him and saying to Him,“ If You are willing, You can make me clean.”

And there cometh to him a leper, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

Then a man with a serious skin disease came to Him and, on his knees, begged Him:“ If You are willing, You can make me clean.”

And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

Now a leper came to him and fell to his knees, asking for help.“ If you are willing, you can make me clean,” he said.

Behold, a leper came to him and worshiped him, saying,“ Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean.”Jesus stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying,“ I want to. Be made clean.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.Jesus said to him,“ See that you tell nobody, but go, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

While he was in one of the cities, behold, there was a man full of leprosy. When he saw Jesus, he fell on his face, and begged him, saying,“ Lord, if you want to, you can make me clean.”He stretched out his hand, and touched him, saying,“ I want to. Be made clean.” Immediately the leprosy left him.He commanded him to tell no one,“ But go your way, and show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing according to what Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.”

As he was going out into the way, one ran to him, knelt before him, and asked him,“ Good Teacher, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?”

Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,“ When a man shall have a swelling in his body’s skin, or a scab, or a bright spot, and it becomes in the skin of his body the plague of leprosy, then he shall be brought to Aaron the priest or to one of his sons, the priests.The priest shall examine the plague in the skin of the body. If the hair in the plague has turned white, and the appearance of the plague is deeper than the body’s skin, it is the plague of leprosy; so the priest shall examine him and pronounce him unclean.If the bright spot is white in the skin of his body, and its appearance isn’t deeper than the skin, and its hair hasn’t turned white, then the priest shall isolate the infected person for seven days.The priest shall examine him on the seventh day. Behold, if in his eyes the plague is arrested and the plague hasn’t spread in the skin, then the priest shall isolate him for seven more days.The priest shall examine him again on the seventh day. Behold, if the plague has faded and the plague hasn’t spread in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him clean. It is a scab. He shall wash his clothes, and be clean.But if the scab spreads on the skin after he has shown himself to the priest for his cleansing, he shall show himself to the priest again.The priest shall examine him; and behold, if the scab has spread on the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean. It is leprosy.“ When the plague of leprosy is in a man, then he shall be brought to the priest;and the priest shall examine him. Behold, if there is a white swelling in the skin, and it has turned the hair white, and there is raw flesh in the swelling,it is a chronic leprosy in the skin of his body, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean. He shall not isolate him, for he is already unclean.“ If the leprosy breaks out all over the skin, and the leprosy covers all the skin of the infected person from his head even to his feet, as far as it appears to the priest,then the priest shall examine him. Behold, if the leprosy has covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce him clean of the plague. It has all turned white: he is clean.But whenever raw flesh appears in him, he shall be unclean.

When they came to the multitude, a man came to him, kneeling down to him, and saying,

Is anything too hard for Yahweh? At the set time I will return to you, when the season comes round, and Sarah will have a son.”

Often it has cast him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if you can do anything, have compassion on us, and help us.”Jesus said to him,“ If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

Be careful in the plague of leprosy, that you observe diligently and do according to all that the Levitical priests teach you. As I commanded them, so you shall observe to do.Remember what Yahweh your God did to Miriam, by the way as you came out of Egypt.

Let it fall on the head of Joab, and on all his father’s house. Let there not fail from the house of Joab one who has a discharge, or who is a leper, or who leans on a staff, or who falls by the sword, or who lacks bread.”

The cloud departed from over the Tent; and behold, Miriam was leprous, as white as snow. Aaron looked at Miriam, and behold, she was leprous.Aaron said to Moses,“ Oh, my lord, please don’t count this sin against us, in which we have done foolishly, and in which we have sinned.Let her not, I pray, be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother’s womb.”Moses cried to Yahweh, saying,“ Heal her, God, I beg you!”Yahweh said to Moses,“ If her father had but spit in her face, shouldn’t she be ashamed seven days? Let her be shut up outside of the camp seven days, and after that she shall be brought in again.”Miriam was shut up outside of the camp seven days, and the people didn’t travel until Miriam was brought in again.

For this cause, I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

As he entered into a certain village, ten men who were lepers met him, who stood at a distance.They lifted up their voices, saying,“ Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”When he saw them, he said to them,“ Go and show yourselves to the priests.” As they went, they were cleansed.One of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice.He fell on his face at Jesus’ feet, giving him thanks; and he was a Samaritan.Jesus answered,“ Weren’t the ten cleansed? But where are the nine?Were there none found who returned to give glory to God, except this foreigner?”Then he said to him,“ Get up, and go your way. Your faith has healed you.”

He was withdrawn from them about a stone’s throw, and he knelt down and prayed,

He kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice,“ Lord, don’t hold this sin against them!” When he had said this, he fell asleep.

The king of Syria said,“ Go now, and I will send a letter to the king of Israel.” He departed, and took with him ten talents of silver, and six thousand pieces of gold, and ten changes of clothing.He brought the letter to the king of Israel, saying,“ Now when this letter has come to you, behold, I have sent Naaman my servant to you, that you may heal him of his leprosy.”When the king of Israel had read the letter, he tore his clothes, and said,“ Am I God, to kill and to make alive, that this man sends to me to heal a man of his leprosy? But please consider and see how he seeks a quarrel against me.”It was so, when Elisha the man of God heard that the king of Israel had torn his clothes, that he sent to the king, saying,“ Why have you torn your clothes? Let him come now to me, and he shall know that there is a prophet in Israel.”So Naaman came with his horses and with his chariots, and stood at the door of the house of Elisha.Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying,“ Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall come again to you, and you shall be clean.”But Naaman was angry, and went away, and said,“ Behold, I thought,‘ He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of Yahweh his God, and wave his hand over the place, and heal the leper.’Aren’t Abanah and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Couldn’t I wash in them, and be clean?” So he turned and went away in a rage.His servants came near, and spoke to him, and said,“ My father, if the prophet had asked you do some great thing, wouldn’t you have done it? How much rather then, when he says to you,‘ Wash, and be clean?’”Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.He returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him; and he said,“ See now, I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel. Now therefore, please take a gift from your servant.”But he said,“ As Yahweh lives, before whom I stand, I will receive none.” He urged him to take it; but he refused.Naaman said,“ If not, then, please let two mules’ burden of earth be given to your servant; for your servant will from now on offer neither burnt offering nor sacrifice to other gods, but to Yahweh.In this thing may Yahweh pardon your servant: when my master goes into the house of Rimmon to worship there, and he leans on my hand, and I bow myself in the house of Rimmon. When I bow myself in the house of Rimmon, may Yahweh pardon your servant in this thing.”He said to him,“ Go in peace.” So he departed from him a little way.But Gehazi the servant of Elisha the man of God, said,“ Behold, my master has spared this Naaman the Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought. As Yahweh lives, I will run after him, and take something from him.”So Gehazi followed after Naaman. When Naaman saw one running after him, he came down from the chariot to meet him, and said,“ Is all well?”He said,“ All is well. My master has sent me, saying,‘ Behold, even now two young men of the sons of the prophets have come to me from the hill country of Ephraim. Please give them a talent of silver and two changes of clothing.’”Naaman said,“ Be pleased to take two talents.” He urged him, and bound two talents of silver in two bags, with two changes of clothing, and laid them on two of his servants; and they carried them before him.When he came to the hill, he took them from their hand, and stored them in the house. Then he let the men go, and they departed.But he went in, and stood before his master. Elisha said to him,“ Where did you come from, Gehazi?” He said,“ Your servant went nowhere.”He said to him,“ Didn’t my heart go with you, when the man turned from his chariot to meet you? Is it a time to receive money, and to receive garments, and olive groves and vineyards, and sheep and cattle, and male servants and female servants?Therefore the leprosy of Naaman will cling to you and to your offspring forever.” He went out from his presence a leper, as white as snow.

Now there were four leprous men at the entrance of the gate. They said to one another,“ Why do we sit here until we die?

the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them.

( for Solomon had made a bronze platform, five cubits long, and five cubits wide, and three cubits high, and had set it in the middle of the court; and he stood on it, and knelt down on his knees before all the assembly of Israel, and spread out his hands toward heaven)

Yahweh struck the king, so that he was a leper to the day of his death, and lived in a separate house. Jotham, the king’s son was over the household, judging the people of the land.
