眾駭異、相問曰、此何耶、乃新教也、蓋彼以權命邪鬼、而邪鬼順之、

眾駭異、相問曰、此何也、此何新教也、蓋彼以權命邪魔、而魔順之、

眾皆愕然相詰曰：『此何事耶？其新道歟！彼竟有權號令邪魔、而若輩且唯唯從命矣！』

The people were all so amazed that they asked each other,“ What is this? A new teaching— and with authority! He even gives orders to impure spirits and they obey him.”

All the people were amazed. So they asked each other,“ What is this? A new teaching! And with so much authority! He even gives orders to evil spirits, and they obey him.”

And they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying,“ What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.”

Amazement gripped the audience, and they began to discuss what had happened.“ What sort of new teaching is this?” they asked excitedly.“ It has such authority! Even evil spirits obey his orders!”

And they were all amazed, so they debated among themselves, saying,“ What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”

Then they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying,“ What is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”

Summoning the Twelve, he gave them power and authority over all the demons and to heal diseases.

So the crowd was amazed when they saw those unable to speak talking, the crippled restored, the lame walking, and the blind seeing, and they gave glory to the God of Israel.

They were extremely astonished and said,“ He has done everything well. He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.”

Amazement came over them all, and they were saying to one another,“ What is this message? For he commands the unclean spirits with authority and power, and they come out!”

They were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was walking ahead of them. The disciples were astonished, but those who followed him were afraid. Taking the Twelve aside again, he began to tell them the things that would happen to him.

Then a demon-possessed man who was blind and unable to speak was brought to him. He healed him, so that the man could both speak and see.All the crowds were astounded and said,“ Could this be the Son of David?”

The disciples were astonished at his words. Again Jesus said to them,“ Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God!

When the demon had been driven out, the man who had been mute spoke, and the crowds were amazed, saying,“ Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel!”

The seventy-two returned with joy, saying,“ Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.”He said to them,“ I watched Satan fall from heaven like lightning.Look, I have given you the authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy; nothing at all will harm you.However, don’t rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”
