Immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, and he cried out,

會堂中有患邪鬼者、

也會堂有患邪神者、呼曰、

會堂有患邪魔者、呼曰、

會堂中適有一為邪魔所憑者、大呼曰：

Just then a man in their synagogue who was possessed by an impure spirit cried out,

When an unclean spirit has gone out of a man, he passes through waterless places, seeking rest, and doesn’t find it.

For a woman, whose little daughter had an unclean spirit, having heard of him, came and fell down at his feet.

When Jesus saw that a multitude came running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to him,“ You mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him, and never enter him again!”

In the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon, and he cried out with a loud voice,saying,“ Ah! what have we to do with you, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are: the Holy One of God!”Jesus rebuked him, saying,“ Be silent, and come out of him!” When the demon had thrown him down in the middle of them, he came out of him, having done him no harm.Amazement came on all, and they spoke together, one with another, saying,“ What is this word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!”News about him went out into every place of the surrounding region.

He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. He didn’t allow the demons to speak, because they knew him.

When he had come out of the boat, immediately a man with an unclean spirit met him out of the tombs.
