Now there was a man in their synagogue with an unclean spirit. And he cried out,

Immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, and he cried out,

“ When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none.

For a woman whose young daughter had an unclean spirit heard about Him, and she came and fell at His feet.

When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it,“ Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!”

Now in the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon. And he cried out with a loud voice,saying,“ Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are— the Holy One of God!”But Jesus rebuked him, saying,“ Be quiet, and come out of him!” And when the demon had thrown him in their midst, it came out of him and did not hurt him.Then they were all amazed and spoke among themselves, saying,“ What a word this is! For with authority and power He commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.”And the report about Him went out into every place in the surrounding region.

Then He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons; and He did not allow the demons to speak, because they knew Him.

And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
