For a son dishonors his father, a daughter rises up against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— a man’s enemies are the members of his own household.

Sons don’t honor their fathers. Daughters refuse to obey their mothers. Daughters- in- law are against their mothers- in- law. A man’s enemies are the members of his own family.

for the son treats the father with contempt, the daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.

For the son despises his father. The daughter defies her mother. The daughter in law defies her mother in law. Your enemies are right in your own household!

Surely a son considers his father a fool, a daughter opposes her mother, and a daughter-in-law is against her mother-in-law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own household.

For son disavows father, Daughter rises up against her mother, Daughter in law against her mother in law; A person’s enemies are the people of his own household.

在你中間有輕慢父母的，有欺壓寄居的，有虧負孤兒寡婦的。

我這話不是指着你們眾人說的，我知道我所揀選的是誰。現在要應驗經上的話，說：『同我吃飯的人用腳踢我。』

但你放縱情慾，滾沸如水，必不得居首位；因為你上了你父親的牀，污穢了我的榻。

我聽見了許多人的讒謗，四圍都是驚嚇；就是我知己的朋友也都窺探我，願我跌倒，說：告他吧，我們也要告他！或者他被引誘，我們就能勝他，在他身上報仇。

與你結盟的都送你上路，直到交界；與你和好的欺騙你，且勝過你；與你一同吃飯的設下網羅陷害你；在你心裏毫無聰明。

戲笑父親、藐視而不聽從母親的，他的眼睛必為谷中的烏鴉啄出來，為鷹雛所吃。

連我知己的朋友，我所倚靠、吃過我飯的也用腳踢我。

迦南的父親含看見他父親赤身，就到外邊告訴他兩個弟兄。於是閃和雅弗拿件衣服搭在肩上，倒退着進去，給他父親蓋上；他們背着臉就看不見父親的赤身。挪亞醒了酒，知道小兒子向他所做的事，

因為連你弟兄和你父家都用奸詐待你。他們也在你後邊大聲喊叫，雖向你說好話，你也不要信他們。

有一宗人，咒詛父親，不給母親祝福。

大衛又對亞比篩和眾臣僕說：「我親生的兒子尚且尋索我的性命，何況這便雅憫人呢？由他咒罵吧！因為這是耶和華吩咐他的。

亞希多弗對押沙龍說：「你父所留下看守宮殿的妃嬪，你可以與她們親近。以色列眾人聽見你父親憎惡你，凡歸順你人的手就更堅強。」於是人為押沙龍在宮殿的平頂上支搭帳棚；押沙龍在以色列眾人眼前，與他父的妃嬪親近。那時亞希多弗所出的主意好像人問神的話一樣；他昔日給大衛，今日給押沙龍所出的主意，都是這樣。

押沙龍打發探子走遍以色列各支派，說：「你們一聽見角聲就說：『押沙龍在希伯崙作王了！』」押沙龍在耶路撒冷請了二百人與他同去，都是誠誠實實去的，並不知道其中的真情。押沙龍獻祭的時候，打發人去將大衛的謀士、基羅人亞希多弗從他本城請了來。於是叛逆的勢派甚大；因為隨從押沙龍的人民，日漸增多。

原來不是仇敵辱罵我，若是仇敵，還可忍耐；也不是恨我的人向我狂大，若是恨我的人就必躲避他。不料是你；你原與我平等，是我的同伴，是我知己的朋友！我們素常彼此談論，以為甘甜；我們與羣眾在神的殿中同行。

耶穌回答說：「同我蘸手在盤子裏的，就是他要賣我。

連你們的父母、弟兄、親族、朋友也要把你們交官；你們也有被他們害死的。

猶大隨即到耶穌跟前，說：「請拉比安」，就與他親嘴。耶穌對他說：「朋友，你來要做的事，就做吧。」於是那些人上前，下手拿住耶穌。

因為那時，人要專顧自己，貪愛錢財，自誇，狂傲，謗讟，違背父母，忘恩負義，心不聖潔，無親情，不解怨，好說讒言，不能自約，性情凶暴，不愛良善，
