The faithful have been swept from the land; not one upright person remains. Everyone lies in wait to shed blood; they hunt each other with nets.

Faithful people have disappeared from the land. Those who are honest are gone. Everyone hides and waits to spill the blood of others. They use nets to try and trap one another.

The godly has perished from the earth, and there is no one upright among mankind; they all lie in wait for blood, and each hunts the other with a net.

愚顽人心里说：“没有神！”他们都败坏，行为可憎；没有人行善。耶和华从天上俯瞰世人，要看是否有明达人，是否有寻求神的人。所有的人都偏离正道，他们一同堕落；没有行善的，连一个也没有！

他们为我的脚设下网罗，我的心受了压制。他们在我面前挖了陷阱，自己反掉在其中。细拉

正如经上所记：“没有义人，连一个也没有；没有领悟的，没有寻求神的。人人都远离了正道，一同成了无用的；没有仁慈的，连一个也没有。他们的喉咙是敞开的坟墓，他们用舌头玩弄诡诈，他们的嘴唇含有蛇毒，他们满口是咒骂和苦毒，他们的脚步为杀人流血而飞快，他们的路上只有毁灭和惨祸；和平之路，他们从来不知道。他们的眼目中没有对神的敬畏。”

我父啊，请看！看看你外袍的衣摆就在我手中！我割下了你外袍的衣摆，却没有杀你。你要知道，也要看见我的手中没有恶行或叛逆。尽管你在猎取我的性命，我却没有得罪你。

现在，求你不要让我的血流在远离耶和华面前的地方。以色列王出来，不过是寻索一只跳蚤，就像人在山中追赶鹧鸪那样。”

恶人的话语，埋伏着要杀人流血；正直人的口，将解救自己。
