You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.

看哪！我受盡苦痛，是對我有益的；是你在愛中保全我的靈魂脫離滅亡之坑，是你把我的一切罪都拋在你的背後。

這樣，罪就不能轄制你們了，因為你們不在律法之下，而在恩典之下。

「我，是我為自己的緣故，抹掉你的過犯，不會記念你的罪惡。

東離西有多麼遠，他使我們的過犯離我們也多麼遠；

求你從天上垂看，從你聖潔、榮耀的崇高居所觀看！你的熱心和你的大能在哪裡呢？你內心的激情和你的憐憫向我們止住了。即使亞伯拉罕不認識我們，以色列不承認我們，你還是我們的父。耶和華啊，你是我們的父！自古以來，你的名字就是「我們的救贖主」。耶和華啊，你為什麼使我們離開你的道路迷失，使我們的心剛硬不敬畏你呢？為你的僕人們、你繼業各支派的緣故，求你回轉吧！

他為我們獻上自己，是為了救贖我們脫離一切罪惡，並且潔淨我們做他自己特選的子民，做美好工作的熱心人。

繼續犯罪的人屬於魔鬼，因為魔鬼從起初就一直犯罪。為此，神的兒子顯現了，是為了廢除魔鬼的作為。

他必救贖以色列脫離一切的罪孽。

或者，你們以為經上所說的「神使聖靈住在我們裡面，他愛我們到嫉妒的地步」是空話嗎？不過他賜下更大的恩典，所以經上說：「神抵擋驕傲的人，賜恩典給謙卑的人。」

感謝神！雖然你們過去是罪的奴僕，但現在卻從心裡順從了所傳給你們的教導內容，從罪中得了釋放，成為義的奴僕。因著你們肉體的軟弱，我就按照人的說法來講，那就是，你們從前怎樣把身體的各部分獻給汙穢和罪惡做奴僕，以致罪惡；現在也要照樣把你們身體的各部分獻給義做奴僕，以致分別為聖。原來，你們做罪的奴僕時，不受義的管束；那麼，在你們現在看為羞恥的那些事上，你們當時到底得了什麼果子呢？那些事的結局就是死。但如今，你們既從罪中得了釋放，成為神的奴僕，就得了果子，以致分別為聖，那結局就是永恆的生命。

因為你們如果順著肉體而活，就將死去；但如果順著聖靈治死身體的所作所為，就將活著。

然而我發現在我身體中另有一個法則，與我理性的法則交戰，把我擄到我身體中罪的法則裡。我這個人真是可悲呀！誰能救我脫離這屬於死亡的身體呢？藉著我們的主耶穌基督，感謝歸於神！由此可見，我自己一方面在理性上服從神的法則，另一方面在肉體中卻服從罪的法則。

因為聖靈的生命法則，在基督耶穌裡把你從罪和死的法則中釋放了出來。因肉體軟弱的緣故，律法所做不到的，神卻做到了——神派遣了自己的兒子成為罪的肉身樣式，並且為了贖罪，用肉身判決了罪，

「為了你的民，為了你的聖城，有七十個『七』被定下了，為要結束罪過，終止罪惡，贖清罪孽，帶來永遠的公義，封住異象和預言，膏抹至聖所。

耶和華啊，這要等到什麼時候呢？求你回轉，憐憫你的僕人們！求你使我們清晨就飽嘗你的慈愛，好讓我們在一生的日子裡歡呼喜樂。
