Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your inheritance, which lives by itself in a forest, in fertile pasturelands. Let them feed in Bashan and Gilead as in days long ago.

Lord, be like a shepherd to your people. Take good care of them. They are your flock. They live by themselves in the safety of a forest. Rich grasslands are all around them. Let them eat grass in Bashan and Gilead just as they did long ago.

Shepherd your people with your staff, the flock of your inheritance, who dwell alone in a forest in the midst of a garden land; let them graze in Bashan and Gilead as in the days of old.

O Lord, protect your people with your shepherd’s staff; lead your flock, your special possession. Though they live alone in a thicket on the heights of Mount Carmel, let them graze in the fertile pastures of Bashan and Gilead as they did long ago.

He will stand and shepherd them in the strength of Yahweh, in the majestic name of Yahweh His God. They will live securely, for then His greatness will extend to the ends of the earth.

The Lord is my shepherd; there is nothing I lack.He lets me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters.He renews my life; He leads me along the right paths for His name’s sake.Even when I go through the darkest valley, I fear no danger, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff— they comfort me.

My sheep hear My voice, I know them, and they follow Me.I give them eternal life, and they will never perish— ever! No one will snatch them out of My hand.My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.The Father and I are one.”

Acknowledge that Yahweh is God. He made us, and we are His— His people, the sheep of His pasture.

For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, the sheep under His care. Today, if you hear His voice:

Save Your people, bless Your possession, shepherd them, and carry them forever.

They will not hunger or thirst, the scorching heat or sun will not strike them; for their compassionate One will guide them, and lead them to springs of water.

He protects His flock like a shepherd; He gathers the lambs in His arms and carries them in the fold of His garment. He gently leads those that are nursing.

In that day I will restore the fallen booth of David: I will repair its gaps, restore its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old,

I will return Israel to his grazing land, and he will feed on Carmel and Bashan; he will be satisfied in the hill country of Ephraim and of Gilead.In those days and at that time— this is the Lord’s declaration— one will search for Israel’s guilt, but there will be none, and for Judah’s sins, but they will not be found, for I will forgive those I leave as a remnant.

They are not of the world, as I am not of the world.

And the offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will please the Lord as in days of old and years gone by.

You have mocked the Lord through your servants. You have said,“ With my many chariots I have gone up to the heights of the mountains, to the far recesses of Lebanon. I cut down its tallest cedars, its choice cypress trees. I came to its distant heights, its densest forest.

The remnant of Israel will no longer do wrong or tell lies; a deceitful tongue will not be found in their mouths. But they will pasture and lie down, with nothing to make them afraid.

Sharon will be a pasture for flocks, and the Valley of Achor a place for cattle to lie down, for My people who have sought Me.

So Israel dwells securely; Jacob lives untroubled in a land of grain and new wine; even his skies drip with dew.

And you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the leaders of Judah: because out of you will come a leader who will shepherd My people Israel.”

How will it be known that I and Your people have found favor in Your sight unless You go with us? I and Your people will be distinguished by this from all the other people on the face of the earth.”

I will bring them out from the peoples, gather them from the countries, and bring them into their own land. I will shepherd them on the mountains of Israel, in the ravines, and in all the inhabited places of the land.I will tend them with good pasture, and their grazing place will be on Israel’s lofty mountains. There they will lie down in a good grazing place; they will feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel.

I remember the days of old; I meditate on all You have done; I reflect on the work of Your hands.

During the days of her affliction and homelessness Jerusalem remembers all her precious belongings that were hers in days of old. When her people fell into the adversary’s hand, she had no one to help. The adversaries looked at her, laughing over her downfall.

Lord, restore us to Yourself, so we may return; renew our days as in former times,

It will blossom abundantly and will also rejoice with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon. They will see the glory of the Lord, the splendor of our God.

I see them from the top of rocky cliffs, and I watch them from the hills. There is a people living alone; it does not consider itself among the nations.

I consider days of old, years long past.At night I remember my music; I meditate in my heart, and my spirit ponders.“ Will the Lord reject forever and never again show favor?Has His faithful love ceased forever? Is His promise at an end for all generations?Has God forgotten to be gracious? Has He in anger withheld His compassion?” SelahSo I say,“ I am grieved that the right hand of the Most High has changed.”I will remember the Lord’s works; yes, I will remember Your ancient wonders.
