Then mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her who said unto me, Where is Jehovah thy God? Mine eyes shall see my desire upon her; now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

那时我的仇敌，就是曾对我说“耶和华你神在哪里”的，他一看见这事就被羞愧遮盖。我必亲眼见他遭报；他必被践踏，如同街上的泥土。

那时我的仇敌看见这事就羞愧，他曾对我说：“耶和华—你的上帝在哪里？”我必亲眼见他遭报，现在，他必被践踏，如同街上的泥土。

从前嘲笑我说“你的上帝耶和华在哪里”的仇敌看见这事，都必满面羞愧。我必亲眼看见他们遭到报应，他们要像街上的泥土一样被人践踏。

我的仇敌看见了，就必蒙羞，就是那曾经对我说：“耶和华你的神在哪里”的人，我必亲眼看见他遭报；那时，他必被人践踏，好像街上的泥土。

那時我的仇敵，就是曾對我說「耶和華－你神在哪裏」的，他一看見這事就被羞愧遮蓋。我必親眼見他遭報；他必被踐踏，如同街上的泥土。

那時我的仇敵、就是那譏笑我說：『永恆主你的上帝在哪裏？』的、一看見，就必被慚愧籠罩着；我必親眼見到她遭報；這時她就被踐踏，如同街上的泥土。

我敵見之、必蒙羞恥、昔彼謂我曰、爾之上帝耶和華安在、彼必遭報、被踐若街衢之泥、為我目睹、

我敵見之、含羞抱愧、昔彼問我云、爾之上帝耶和華安在、今遭蹂躪、若衢路之泥、我目睹之。

我敵見此、必蒙羞抱愧、彼問我云、爾之天主耶和華安在、我必目睹我敵遭報、因我敵遭蹂躪、如衢路之泥然、

Then my enemy will see it and will be covered with shame, she who said to me,“ Where is the Lord your God?” My eyes will see her downfall; even now she will be trampled underfoot like mire in the streets.

Our enemies will see it too. And they will be put to shame. After all, they said to us,‘ Where is the Lord your God?’ But we will see them destroyed. Soon they will be stomped on like mud in the streets.”

Then my enemy will see, and shame will cover her who said to me,“ Where is the Lord your God?” My eyes will look upon her; now she will be trampled down like the mire of the streets.

Then my enemies will see that the Lord is on my side. They will be ashamed that they taunted me, saying,“ So where is the Lord— that God of yours?” With my own eyes I will see their downfall; they will be trampled like mud in the streets.

Then my enemy will see, and she will be covered with shame, the one who said to me,“ Where is the LORD your God?” My eyes will look at her in triumph; at that time she will be trampled like mud in the streets.

Then my enemy will see, And shame will cover her who said to me,“ Where is the Lord your God?” My eyes will look at her; At that time she will be trampled down Like mud of the streets.

Then she who is my enemy will see, And shame will cover her who said to me,“ Where is the Lord your God?” My eyes will see her; Now she will be trampled down Like mud in the streets.

Then my enemy will see, and she will be covered with shame, the one who said to me,“ Where is the Lord your God?” My eyes will look at her in triumph; at that time she will be trampled like mud in the streets.

Then[ she that is] mine enemy shall see[ it], and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the LORD thy God? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

When my enemies see this, they will be covered with shame. They say to me,“ Where is the LORD your God?” I will gloat over them. Then they will be trampled down like mud in the streets.

Then my enemy will see it, and shame will cover her who said to me, where is Yahweh your God? Then my enemy will see me and will cover her shame. Now she will be trodden down like the mire of the streets.

And they shall be as mighty men, treading down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle; and they shall fight, because Jehovah is with them; and the riders on horses shall be confounded.

Let the priests, the ministers of Jehovah, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Jehovah, and give not thy heritage to reproach, that the nations should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the peoples, Where is their God?

We are confounded, because we have heard reproach; confusion hath covered our faces: for strangers are come into the sanctuaries of Jehovah’s house.

Let them be put to shame and confounded together that rejoice at my hurt: Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor that magnify themselves against me.

As with a sword in my bones, mine adversaries reproach me, While they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?

Then did I beat them small as the dust of the earth, I did crush them as the mire of the streets, and did spread them abroad.

Then did I beat them small as the dust before the wind; I did cast them out as the mire of the streets.

And now many nations are assembled against thee, that say, Let her be defiled, and let our eye see our desire upon Zion.

Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans; for thou shalt no more be called The mistress of kingdoms.I was wroth with my people, I profaned mine inheritance, and gave them into thy hand: thou didst show them no mercy; upon the aged hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.And thou saidst, I shall be mistress for ever; so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end thereof.Now therefore hear this, thou that art given to pleasures, that sittest securely, that sayest in thy heart, I am, and there is none else besides me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:but these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood; in their full measure shall they come upon thee, in the multitude of thy sorceries, and the great abundance of thine enchantments.

For in this mountain will the hand of Jehovah rest; and Moab shall be trodden down in his place, even as straw is trodden down in the water of the dunghill.And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst thereof, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth his hands to swim; but Jehovah will lay low his pride together with the craft of his hands.And the high fortress of thy walls hath he brought down, laid low, and brought to the ground, even to the dust.

Wherefore should the nations say, Where is their God? Let the avenging of the blood of thy servants which is shed Be known among the nations in our sight.

Let mine adversaries be clothed with dishonor, And let them cover themselves with their own shame as with a robe.

Behold, I have made thee to be a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth; thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.Thou shalt winnow them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them; and thou shalt rejoice in Jehovah, thou shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.

For the violence done to thy brother Jacob, shame shall cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever.

He that dasheth in pieces is come up against thee: keep the fortress, watch the way, make thy loins strong, fortify thy power mightily.For Jehovah restoreth the excellency of Jacob, as the excellency of Israel; for the emptiers have emptied them out, and destroyed their vine- branches.The shield of his mighty men is made red, the valiant men are in scarlet: the chariots flash with steel in the day of his preparation, and the cypress spears are brandished.

Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of music, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made, well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that god that shall deliver you out of my hands?

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: The children of Israel and the children of Judah are oppressed together; and all that took them captive hold them fast; they refuse to let them go.Their Redeemer is strong; Jehovah of hosts is his name: he will thoroughly plead their cause, that he may give rest to the earth, and disquiet the inhabitants of Babylon.

My tears have been my food day and night, While they continually say unto me, Where is thy God?

Thus shall ye speak to Hezekiah king of Judah, saying, Let not thy God in whom thou trustest deceive thee, saying, Jerusalem shall not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.Behold, thou hast heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all lands, by destroying them utterly: and shalt thou be delivered?

And he said, Throw her down. So they threw her down; and some of her blood was sprinkled on the wall, and on the horses: and he trod her under foot.And when he was come in, he did eat and drink; and he said, See now to this cursed woman, and bury her; for she is a king’s daughter.And they went to bury her; but they found no more of her than the skull, and the feet, and the palms of her hands.Wherefore they came back, and told him. And he said, This is the word of Jehovah, which he spake by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the portion of Jezreel shall the dogs eat the flesh of Jezebel;and the body of Jezebel shall be as dung upon the face of the field in the portion of Jezreel, so that they shall not say, This is Jezebel.

The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: He shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked;

And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I make, saith Jehovah of hosts.

And your eyes shall see, and ye shall say, Jehovah be magnified beyond the border of Israel.

Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winevat?I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the peoples there was no man with me: yea, I trod them in mine anger, and trampled them in my wrath; and their lifeblood is sprinkled upon my garments, and I have stained all my raiment.

For he hath brought down them that dwell on high, the lofty city: he layeth it low, he layeth it low even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust.The foot shall tread it down; even the feet of the poor, and the steps of the needy.

Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: wail for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed.We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country; for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up even to the skies.Jehovah hath brought forth our righteousness: come, and let us declare in Zion the work of Jehovah our God.

Thus saith thy Lord Jehovah, and thy God that pleadeth the cause of his people, Behold, I have taken out of thy hand the cup of staggering, even the bowl of the cup of my wrath; thou shalt no more drink it again:and I will put it into the hand of them that afflict thee, that have said to thy soul, Bow down, that we may go over; and thou hast laid thy back as the ground, and as the street, to them that go over.

He trusteth on God; let him deliver him now, if he desireth him: for he said, I am the Son of God.

And I will render unto Babylon and to all the inhabitants of Chaldea all their evil that they have done in Zion in your sight, saith Jehovah.

Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye saints, and ye apostles, and ye prophets; for God hath judged your judgment on her.

O daughter of Babylon, that art to be destroyed, Happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee As thou hast served us.Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones Against the rock.

Wherefore should the nations say, Where is now their God?

And there came one of the seven angels that had the seven bowls, and spake with me, saying, Come hither, I will show thee the judgment of the great harlot that sitteth upon many waters;with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and they that dwell in the earth were made drunken with the wine of her fornication.And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness: and I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet- colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and decked with gold and precious stone and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations, even the unclean things of her fornication,and upon her forehead a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF THE HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I wondered with a great wonder.And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou wonder? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and the ten horns.

They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth, and horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and baldness upon all their heads.
