絕爾中之雕像柱像、使爾不復拜己手所造之物、

斫爾偶像、使爾於人手所作之物、不復崇拜焉、

於爾國中、除爾雕刻之偶像、石柱、使爾不復拜己手所作者、

I will destroy your idols and your sacred stones from among you; you will no longer bow down to the work of your hands.

I will destroy the statues of your gods. I will take your sacred stones away from you. You will no longer bow down to the gods your hands have made.

and I will cut off your carved images and your pillars from among you, and you shall bow down no more to the work of your hands;

I will destroy all your idols and sacred pillars, so you will never again worship the work of your own hands.

I will remove your carved images and sacred pillars from you so that you will no longer worship the work of your hands.

I will eliminate your carved images And your memorial stones from among you, So that you will no longer bow down To the work of your hands.

Your carved images I will also cut off, And your sacred pillars from your midst; You shall no more worship the work of your hands;

In that day shall men look unto their Maker, and their eyes shall have respect to the Holy One of Israel.And they shall not look to the altars, the work of their hands; neither shall they have respect to that which their fingers have made, either the Asherim, or the sun- images.

And it shall be at that day, saith Jehovah, that thou shalt call me Ishi, and shalt call me no more Baali.For I will take away the names of the Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be mentioned by their name.

Their land also is full of idols; they worship the work of their own hands, that which their own fingers have made.

Assyria shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses; neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, Ye are our gods; for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.

neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions; but I will save them out of all their dwelling- places, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.

And I will sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have answered, and will regard him: I am like a green fir- tree; from me is thy fruit found.
