“ In that day,” declares the Lord,“ I will gather the lame; I will assemble the exiles and those I have brought to grief.

“ The time is coming when I will gather those who are disabled,” announces the Lord.“ I will bring together those who were taken away as prisoners. I will gather those I have allowed to suffer.

In that day, declares the Lord, I will assemble the lame and gather those who have been driven away and those whom I have afflicted;

“ In that coming day,” says the Lord,“ I will gather together those who are lame, those who have been exiles, and those whom I have filled with grief.

In that day, saith Jehovah, will I assemble that which is lame, and I will gather that which is driven away, and that which I have afflicted;

Yes, at that time I will deal with all who oppress you. I will save the lame and gather the outcasts; I will make those who were disgraced throughout the earth receive praise and fame.

As a shepherd looks for his sheep on the day he is among his scattered flock, so I will look for my flock. I will rescue them from all the places where they have been scattered on a day of clouds and total darkness.I will bring them out from the peoples, gather them from the countries, and bring them to their own soil. I will shepherd them on the mountains of Israel, in the ravines, and in all the inhabited places of the land.I will tend them in good pasture, and their grazing place will be on Israel’s lofty mountains. There they will lie down in a good grazing place; they will feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel.I will tend my flock and let them lie down. This is the declaration of the Lord GOD.I will seek the lost, bring back the strays, bandage the injured, and strengthen the weak, but I will destroy the fat and the strong. I will shepherd them with justice.“‘ As for you, my flock, the Lord GOD says this: Look, I am going to judge between one sheep and another, between the rams and goats.

I will indeed gather all of you, Jacob; I will collect the remnant of Israel. I will bring them together like sheep in a pen, like a flock in the middle of its pasture. It will be noisy with people.

“‘ For I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries, and will bring you into your own land.

But I will bring you health and will heal you of your wounds— this is the LORD’s declaration— for they call you Outcast, Zion whom no one cares about.This is what the LORD says: I will certainly restore the fortunes of Jacob’s tents and show compassion on his dwellings. Every city will be rebuilt on its mound; every citadel will stand on its proper site.

But I have other sheep that are not from this sheep pen; I must bring them also, and they will listen to my voice. Then there will be one flock, one shepherd.

In those days the house of Judah will join with the house of Israel, and they will come together from the land of the north to the land I have given your ancestors to inherit.’”

Strengthen the weak hands, steady the shaking knees!Say to the cowardly:“ Be strong; do not fear! Here is your God; vengeance is coming. God’s retribution is coming; he will save you.”Then the eyes of the blind will be opened, and the ears of the deaf unstopped.Then the lame will leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute will sing for joy, for water will gush in the wilderness, and streams in the desert;

For I am about to fall, and my pain is constantly with me.

“ So this is what the Lord GOD says: Now I will restore the fortunes of Jacob and have compassion on the whole house of Israel, and I will be jealous for my holy name.They will feel remorse for their disgrace and all the unfaithfulness they committed against me, when they live securely in their land with no one to frighten them.When I bring them back from the peoples and gather them from the countries of their enemies, I will demonstrate my holiness through them in the sight of many nations.They will know that I am the LORD their God when I regather them to their own land after having exiled them among the nations. I will leave none of them behind.I will no longer hide my face from them, for I will pour out my Spirit on the house of Israel.” This is the declaration of the Lord GOD.

This is the declaration of the Lord GOD, who gathers the dispersed of Israel:“ I will gather to them still others besides those already gathered.”

tell them,‘ This is what the Lord GOD says: I am going to take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them into their own land.I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel, and one king will rule over all of them. They will no longer be two nations and will no longer be divided into two kingdoms.

For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save the lost.”

Therefore, strengthen your tired hands and weakened knees,and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated but healed instead.

Watch! I am going to bring them from the northern land. I will gather them from remote regions of the earth— the blind and the lame will be with them, along with those who are pregnant and those about to give birth. They will return here as a great assembly!
