列国都当兴起，上到约沙法谷；因为我必坐在那里，审判四围的列国。挥镰刀吧！因为庄稼熟了；来踩踏吧！因为榨酒池满了。酒池已经满溢，因为他们的罪恶甚大。

深哉，神的丰富、智慧和知识！他的判断何其难测！他的踪迹何其难寻！谁知道主的心？谁作过他的谋士？

看哪，耶和华的日子临近了，你的财物必被抢掠，在你中间被瓜分。我要招聚万国与耶路撒冷争战；城必被攻取，房屋被抢夺，妇女被玷污，城中的一半被掳去；但其余的百姓不会从城中被剪除。那时，耶和华要出去与那些国家打仗，如同从前战争的日子打仗一样。

我被打的禾稼，我禾场上的谷物啊，我从万军之耶和华—以色列的神那里所听见的，都告诉你们了。

我又观看，看见有一片白云，云上坐着一位好像是人子的，头上戴着金冠冕，手里拿着锋利的镰刀。另有一位天使从圣所出来，向那坐在云上的大声喊着：“伸出你的镰刀来收割吧，因为收割的时候已经到了，地上的庄稼已经熟透了。”于是那坐在云上的把镰刀向地上挥去，地上的庄稼就收割了。另有一位天使从天上的圣所出来，他也拿着锋利的镰刀。另有一位天使从祭坛出来，是有权柄管火的，向那拿着锋利镰刀的大声喊着说：“伸出锋利的镰刀来，收取地上葡萄树的果子，因为葡萄熟透了。”那天使就把镰刀向地上挥去，收取了地上的葡萄，扔进神愤怒的大榨酒池里。那榨酒池在城外被踹踏，有血从榨酒池里流出来，涨到马的嚼环那么高，约有一千六百斯他迪那么远。
