锡安的民哪，你要疼痛劬劳，仿佛产难的妇人；因为你必从城里出来，住在田野，到巴比伦去。在那里要蒙解救；在那里耶和华必救赎你脱离仇敌的手。

Writhe in agony, Daughter Zion, like a woman in labor, for now you must leave the city to camp in the open field. You will go to Babylon; there you will be rescued. There the Lord will redeem you out of the hand of your enemies.

People of Zion, groan with pain. Cry out like a woman having a baby. Soon you must leave your city. You must camp in the open fields. You will have to go to the land of Babylon. But that’s where the Lord will save you. There he will set you free from the power of your enemies.

Writhe and groan, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in labor, for now you shall go out from the city and dwell in the open country; you shall go to Babylon. There you shall be rescued; there the Lord will redeem you from the hand of your enemies.

Writhe and groan like a woman in labor, you people of Jerusalem, for now you must leave this city to live in the open country. You will soon be sent in exile to distant Babylon. But the Lord will rescue you there; he will redeem you from the grip of your enemies.

Be in pain, and labor to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, Like a woman in birth pangs. For now you shall go forth from the city, You shall dwell in the field, And to Babylon you shall go. There you shall be delivered; There the Lord will redeem you From the hand of your enemies.

Be in pain, and labor to bring forth, O daughter of Zion, like a woman in travail; for now shalt thou go forth out of the city, and shalt dwell in the field, and shalt come even unto Babylon: there shalt thou be rescued; there will Jehovah redeem thee from the hand of thine enemies.

爾之子孫、為人所擄、在巴比倫王宮為宦豎。

爾曹去巴比倫、迦勒底地、欣然謳歌、普告四極云、耶和華救其臣雅各家、

以色列族之聖主耶和華曰、我欲救爾、遣人至巴比倫、毀諸門楗、迦勒底人駕舟、囂然不靖、終亦必亡。

大聲謳歌、耶路撒冷城昔已傾圮、今耶和華慰斯民、救斯城、故當欣然、歡聲而呼。我上帝耶和華至聖、展一臂之力、救彼選民、使列國地極之人、皆親見之。爾曹選民、去巴比倫、勿居其中、勿捫污衊、凡攜耶和華之聖器者、當自潔其身、出巴比倫時、宜從容不迫、毋若逃遁之人、蓋以色列族之上帝、必導爾於前、護爾於後。

厥後我勸迪斯民、導之於野、以善言慰藉、

彼必艱辛、譬彼產婦、分娩甚難、譬彼嬰孩、濡滯於子宮之間、不知其危、

我萬有之主耶和華、使古列、屹然而立、道途坦易、以彰我義、彼必復建我聖邑、釋我俘囚、不望賞賚。

我誠告爾、爾曹將哭而哀、世人欣喜、爾將憂、然爾之憂、必轉為喜、婦將生子則憂、以其時至、子生、則忘其苦、因喜生子於世也、如是爾今懷憂、我復見爾、則爾心喜、且爾之喜、無人禁之、

婦避蛇之害、得大鷹雙翼、高騫曠野、至其地、在彼就養、歷一載。又逾二載、又半載、

故使亞述王軍長攻之、執馬拿西、擊以鐵索、解至巴比倫、

迦勒底人環攻其城而陷之、武士由門旁夾道、近於王囿、夤夜而遁、士卒四散、王望坦途而往、迦勒底軍追襲其後、至耶利哥之坦途、

郇邑若婦、不坼副而分娩、未劬勞而生子。地出土產、豈能一日而成、國有民人、豈能頃刻而生、若此之事、孰見聞之、然郇邑人始覺劬勞、遂產其子。爾之上帝耶和華曰、我既使坼副、豈不使之產乎、我使萬物生育、何況選民乎。

拯救爾、出爾於惡者暴者之手。

郇之民人、居於巴比倫邑中者、宜思免於其難。我萬有之主耶和華曰、儀容赫奕、既經顯著、耶和華特遣予督責虜爾之民、凡犯爾者、與犯其眸子無異、我將舉手、使彼奴僕、反虜其主、則爾乃知萬有之主耶和華遣我。

耶和華諭耶利米預言必應、故巴西國王古列元年、耶和華感古列王之心、詔告天下云、巴西王古列曰、天上上帝耶和華、以天下列國賜我、命我在猶大之耶路撒冷建殿、以奉其名。

越至於後、以色列族其數必如海沙、不能斗量籌算也、今我語人曰、爾非我民、異日將稱為永生上帝眾子、

我雖隕越、必復振興、我雖居暗域、耶和華必賜光明、故予寇仇、毋庸欣喜、我獲罪於耶和華、雖受撲責、不敢疾怨、待彼伸我之冤、導我入於光明、則彼之仁義以彰、我敵見之、含羞抱愧、昔彼問我云、爾之上帝耶和華安在、今遭蹂躪、若衢路之泥、我目睹之。耶和華有命、使遐邇咸歸於爾、爾之邑垣、必復建造、自亞述至埃及邑垣、自埃及邑垣、至大河四海之內、百嶺之間、咸必歸爾、斯土居民、所作不端、故必荒蕪、報施不爽、

凡免殺戮者、虜至巴比倫、使為奴婢、世供服役、迨巴西國興。

敵憾選民、欲加殘害、上帝援手兮、
