Look! The Lord is coming from his dwelling place; he comes down and treads on the heights of the earth.

The Lord is about to come down from his home in heaven. He rules over even the highest places on earth.

For behold, the Lord is coming out of his place, and will come down and tread upon the high places of the earth.

看哪，那创山，造风，将其心意指示人，使晨光变幽暗，踩行在地之高处的，他的名是耶和华—万军之神。

耶和华使他驰骋在地的高处，他吃田间的出产；耶和华使他从岩石中吃蜜，从坚石中吸油，

以色列啊，你有福了！蒙耶和华拯救的百姓啊，谁能像你？他是帮助你的盾牌，是你威荣的刀剑。你的仇敌要屈身就你；你却要践踏他们的背脊。”

当进入磐石，藏在土中，躲避耶和华的惊吓和他威严的荣光。到那日，眼目高傲的必降卑，狂妄的人必屈膝；惟独耶和华被尊崇。因万军之耶和华的一个日子要临到所有骄傲狂妄的，临到一切自高的，使他们降为卑；临到黎巴嫩高大的香柏树、巴珊的橡树，临到一切高山、一切峻岭，临到一切碉堡、一切坚固的城墙，临到他施一切的船只、一切华丽的船艇。人的骄傲必屈膝，人的狂妄必降卑；在那日，惟独耶和华被尊崇，偶像必全然废弃。耶和华兴起使地大震动的时候，人就进入石洞和土穴里，躲避耶和华的惊吓和他威严的荣光。

我独自踹榨酒池，万民中并无一人与我同在。我发怒，将他们踹下，发烈怒将他们践踏。他们的血溅在我的衣服上，玷污了我一切的衣裳。因为报仇之日在我心中，救赎我民之年已经来到。

那时，灵将我举起，我就听见在我身后有极大震动的声音：“耶和华的荣耀，从他所在之处，是应当称颂的！”

我必向以法莲如狮子，向犹大家如少壮狮子。我要撕裂，并且离去，我必夺去，无人搭救。我要去，我要回到原处，等他们自觉有罪，寻求我的面；急难时他们必切切寻求我。

你见一切骄傲的人，将他制伏，把恶人践踏在原来地方。

主耶和华是我的力量，他使我的脚快如母鹿，又使我稳行在高处。这歌交给圣咏团长，用丝弦的乐器。
