Look! The Lord is coming from his dwelling place; he comes down and treads on the heights of the earth.

看哪，耶和华出了他的居所，降临步行地的高处。

The Lord is about to come down from his home in heaven. He rules over even the highest places on earth.

For behold, the Lord is coming out of his place, and will come down and tread upon the high places of the earth.

Look! The Lord is coming! He leaves his throne in heaven and tramples the heights of the earth.

Look, the LORD is leaving his place and coming down to trample the heights of the earth.

For behold, the Lord is coming forth from His place. He will come down and tread on the high places of the earth.

For behold, the Lord is coming out of His place; He will come down And tread on the high places of the earth.

For, behold, Jehovah cometh forth out of his place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.

Look, the Lord is leaving His place and coming down to trample the heights of the earth.

Look, the LORD is coming out of his dwelling place! He will descend and march on the earth’s mountaintops!

For, behold, Yahweh comes out of his place, and will come down and tread on the high places of the earth.

He who forms the mountains, who creates the wind, and who reveals his thoughts to mankind, who turns dawn to darkness, and treads on the heights of the earth— the Lord God Almighty is his name.

See, the Lord is coming out of his dwelling to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will disclose the blood shed on it; the earth will conceal its slain no longer.

He made him ride on the heights of the land and fed him with the fruit of the fields. He nourished him with honey from the rock, and with oil from the flinty crag,

Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.

The hand of the Lord will rest on this mountain; but Moab will be trampled in their land as straw is trampled down in the manure.

Oh, that you would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains would tremble before you!As when fire sets twigs ablaze and causes water to boil, come down to make your name known to your enemies and cause the nations to quake before you!

Blessed are you, Israel! Who is like you, a people saved by the Lord? He is your shield and helper and your glorious sword. Your enemies will cower before you, and you will tread on their heights.”

Go into the rocks, hide in the ground from the fearful presence of the Lord and the splendor of his majesty!The eyes of the arrogant will be humbled and human pride brought low; the Lord alone will be exalted in that day.The Lord Almighty has a day in store for all the proud and lofty, for all that is exalted( and they will be humbled),for all the cedars of Lebanon, tall and lofty, and all the oaks of Bashan,for all the towering mountains and all the high hills,for every lofty tower and every fortified wall,for every trading ship and every stately vessel.The arrogance of man will be brought low and human pride humbled; the Lord alone will be exalted in that day,and the idols will totally disappear.People will flee to caves in the rocks and to holes in the ground from the fearful presence of the Lord and the splendor of his majesty, when he rises to shake the earth.

“ I have trodden the winepress alone; from the nations no one was with me. I trampled them in my anger and trod them down in my wrath; their blood spattered my garments, and I stained all my clothing.It was for me the day of vengeance; the year for me to redeem had come.

Then the Spirit lifted me up, and I heard behind me a loud rumbling sound as the glory of the Lord rose from the place where it was standing.

For I will be like a lion to Ephraim, like a great lion to Judah. I will tear them to pieces and go away; I will carry them off, with no one to rescue them.Then I will return to my lair until they have borne their guilt and seek my face— in their misery they will earnestly seek me.”

look at all who are proud and humble them, crush the wicked where they stand.

The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.
