But Peter said,“ I have no silver or gold, but what I have, that I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!”He took him by the right hand and raised him up. At Lystra a certain man sat, impotent in his feet, a cripple from his mother’s womb, who never had walked.He was listening to Paul speaking, who, fastening eyes on him, and seeing that he had faith to be made whole,said with a loud voice,“ Stand upright on your feet!” He leaped up and walked.When the multitude saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voice, saying in the language of Lycaonia,“ The gods have come down to us in the likeness of men!”

Peter said to him,“ Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you. Get up and make your bed!” Immediately he arose.

But Jesus answered them,“ My Father is still working, so I am working, too.”For this cause therefore the Jews sought all the more to kill him, because he not only broke the Sabbath, but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God.

if we are examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed,may it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, this man stands here before you whole in him.
