Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts?

Jesus knew what they were thinking. So he said,“ Why do you have evil thoughts in your hearts?

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

Jesus knew what they were thinking, so he asked them,“ Why do you have such evil thoughts in your hearts?

Perceiving their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why are you thinking evil things in your hearts?

And Jesus, perceiving their thoughts, said,“ Why are you thinking evil in your hearts?

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

When Jesus saw their reaction he said,“ Why do you respond with evil in your hearts?

Jesus knew their thoughts and said to them,“ Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand. (niv)

But Jesus knew what they were thinking and said to the man with the shriveled hand,“ Get up and stand in front of everyone.” So he got up and stood there. (niv)

For the word of God is alive and active. An argument started among the disciples as to which of them would be the greatest.Jesus, knowing their thoughts, took a little child and had him stand beside him. (niv)

Now we can see that you know all things and that you do not even need to have anyone ask you questions. This makes us believe that you came from God.” (niv)

Peter said to her,“ How could you conspire to test the Spirit of the Lord? Listen! The feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out also.” (niv)

Then Peter said,“ Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land?Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.” (niv)

The third time he said to him,“ Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time,“ Do you love me?” He said,“ Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.” Jesus said,“ Feed my sheep. (niv)

Yet there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus had known from the beginning which of them did not believe and who would betray him. (niv)

Peter answered:“ May your money perish with you, because you thought you could buy the gift of God with money!You have no part or share in this ministry, because your heart is not right before God.Repent of this wickedness and pray to the Lord in the hope that he may forgive you for having such a thought in your heart. Aware that his disciples were grumbling about this, Jesus said to them,“ Does this offend you? (niv)

They discussed this among themselves and said,“ It is because we didn’t bring any bread.”Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked,“ You of little faith, why are you talking among yourselves about having no bread? (niv)

They discussed this with one another and said,“ It is because we have no bread.”Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked them:“ Why are you talking about having no bread? Do you still not see or understand? Are your hearts hardened? (niv)

Immediately Jesus knew in his spirit that this was what they were thinking in their hearts, and he said to them,“ Why are you thinking these things? (niv)

Jesus knew what they were thinking and asked,“ Why are you thinking these things in your hearts? (niv)

Should we pay or shouldn’t we?” But Jesus knew their hypocrisy.“ Why are you trying to trap me?” he asked.“ Bring me a denarius and let me look at it.” (niv)

Jesus answered him,“ Simon, I have something to tell you.”“ Tell me, teacher,” he said. (niv)

“‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: On that day thoughts will come into your mind and you will devise an evil scheme. (niv)
