When Jesus saw their reaction he said,“ Why do you respond with evil in your hearts?

耶穌知道他們的心意，就說：「你們為甚麼心裏懷着惡念呢？

耶穌知道他們的心思，就說：「你們心裏為甚麼懷着惡念呢？

耶穌知道他們的心思，就說：「你們心裏為甚麼懷着惡念呢？

耶穌知道他們的心思，就說：「你們為什麼心懷惡念呢？

耶穌看出他們所想的，就說：“你們心裡為甚麼存著惡念呢？

耶穌知道他們的心思，就說：『你們心裏為甚麼懷着惡念呢？

耶穌知道他們的想法，就說：「你們心裡為什麼懷著惡念呢？

耶穌知其意、曰爾心何懷惡耶、

耶穌知其意、曰、爾心何懷惡歟、

耶穌知其意曰、爾心何懷惡乎、

耶穌燭其意曰：『何腹誹為？

Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts?

Jesus knew what they were thinking. So he said,“ Why do you have evil thoughts in your hearts?

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

Jesus knew what they were thinking, so he asked them,“ Why do you have such evil thoughts in your hearts?

Perceiving their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why are you thinking evil things in your hearts?

And Jesus, perceiving their thoughts, said,“ Why are you thinking evil in your hearts?

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

But perceiving their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why are you thinking evil things in your hearts?

And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

Now when Jesus realized what they were thinking, he said to them,“ Every kingdom divided against itself is destroyed, and no town or house divided against itself will stand.

But he knew their thoughts, and said to the man who had the withered hand,“ Get up and stand here.” So he rose and stood there.

But Jesus, realizing their thoughts, said to them,“ Every kingdom divided against itself is destroyed, and a divided household falls.

For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any double- edged sword, piercing even to the point of dividing soul from spirit, and joints from marrow; it is able to judge the desires and thoughts of the heart.And no creature is hidden from God, but everything is naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must render an account.

Now an argument started among the disciples as to which of them might be the greatest.But when Jesus discerned their innermost thoughts, he took a child, had him stand by his side,

Now we know that you know everything and do not need anyone to ask you anything. Because of this we believe that you have come from God.”

But Jesus would not entrust himself to them, because he knew all people.He did not need anyone to testify about man, for he knew what was in man.

Furthermore, I will strike her followers with a deadly disease, and then all the churches will know that I am the one who searches minds and hearts. I will repay each one of you what your deeds deserve.

You know when I sit down and when I get up; even from far away you understand my motives.

would not God discover it, for he knows one’s thoughts?

Jesus could see that they wanted to ask him about these things, so he said to them,“ Are you asking each other about this– that I said,‘ In a little while you will not see me; again after a little while, you will see me’?

Peter then told her,“ Why have you agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? Look! The feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out!”

But Peter said,“ Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back for yourself part of the proceeds from the sale of the land?Before it was sold, did it not belong to you? And when it was sold, was the money not at your disposal? How have you thought up this deed in your heart? You have not lied to people but to God!”

Jesus said a third time,“ Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was distressed that Jesus asked him a third time,“ Do you love me?” and said,“ Lord, you know everything. You know that I love you.” Jesus replied,“ Feed my sheep.

But there are some of you who do not believe.”( For Jesus had already known from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him.)

But Peter said to him,“ May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could acquire God’s gift with money!You have no share or part in this matter because your heart is not right before God!Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that he may perhaps forgive you for the intent of your heart.

When Jesus was aware that his disciples were complaining about this, he said to them,“ Does this cause you to be offended?

So they began to discuss this among themselves, saying,“ It is because we brought no bread.”When Jesus learned of this, he said,“ You who have such little faith! Why are you arguing among yourselves about having no bread?

So they began to discuss with one another about having no bread.When he learned of this, Jesus said to them,“ Why are you arguing about having no bread? Do you still not see or understand? Have your hearts been hardened?

Now immediately, when Jesus realized in his spirit that they were contemplating such thoughts, he said to them,“ Why are you thinking such things in your hearts?

When Jesus perceived their hostile thoughts, he said to them,“ Why are you raising objections within yourselves?

But he saw through their hypocrisy and said to them,“ Why are you testing me? Bring me a denarius and let me look at it.”

So Jesus answered him,“ Simon, I have something to say to you.” He replied,“ Say it, Teacher.”

“‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says: On that day thoughts will come into your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.
