因為我在人的權下，也有兵在我以下。我對這個說：『去！』他就去；對那個說：『來！』他就來；對我的僕人說：『做這事！』他就去做。」

事实上，我也在人的权下，也有士兵在我之下。我对这个说‘去’，他就去；对那个说‘来’，他就来；对我的奴仆说‘做这事’，他就去做。”

因為我雖是在權柄之下的人，卻有兵在我以下；我對這個說「去」，他就去；對另一個說「來」，他就來；對我的奴僕說：「你作這事」，他就去作。』

事實上，我也在人的權下，也有士兵在我之下。我對這個說『去』，他就去；對那個說『來』，他就來；對我的奴僕說『做這事』，他就去做。」

蓋我隸人權、有士卒隸我權、令此往則往、來則來、令僕行是則行是、

蓋我權屬人、兵權屬我、命去則去、命來則來、令僕行是、即行是、

蓋我屬人轄、亦有兵屬我轄、命此去則去、命彼來則來、令我僕行是則行是、

蓋予屬人權下、己亦帶有兵卒；命此去則去、召彼來則來、所諭於僕、罔有不從。』

For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one,‘ Go,’ and he goes; and that one,‘ Come,’ and he comes. I say to my servant,‘ Do this,’ and he does it.”

I myself am a man under authority. And I have soldiers who obey my orders. I tell this one,‘ Go,’ and he goes. I tell that one,‘ Come,’ and he comes. I say to my slave,‘ Do this,’ and he does it.”

For I too am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. And I say to one,‘ Go,’ and he goes, and to another,‘ Come,’ and he comes, and to my servant,‘ Do this,’ and he does it.”

I know this because I am under the authority of my superior officers, and I have authority over my soldiers. I only need to say,‘ Go,’ and they go, or‘ Come,’ and they come. And if I say to my slaves,‘ Do this,’ they do it.”

For I too am a man under authority, having soldiers under my command. I say to this one,‘ Go,’ and he goes; and to another,‘ Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant,‘ Do this!’ and he does it.”

你們作僕人的，要凡事聽從你們肉身的主人，不要只在眼前服事，像是討人喜歡的，總要心存誠實，因為你們敬畏主。

要勸僕人順服自己的主人，凡事討他的喜悅，不可頂撞他，

或者我使刀劍臨到那地，說：『讓刀劍穿越那地』，以致我把人與牲畜從其中剪除；雖有這三人在其中，主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，他們不能救兒子女兒，只有他們自己可以得救。或者我叫瘟疫流行那地，把我的憤怒帶着血傾在其中，好使人與牲畜從其中剪除；雖有挪亞、但以理、約伯在那裏，主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，他們不能救兒子女兒，只能因自己的義救自己的命。「主耶和華如此說：我若將這四樣大災，就是刀劍、饑荒、惡獸、瘟疫降在耶路撒冷，將人與牲畜從其中剪除，豈不是更嚴重嗎？

耶穌站在她旁邊，斥責那高燒，燒就退了。她立刻起來服事他們。

耶穌醒了，斥責那風，向海說：「住了吧！靜了吧！」風就止住，大大平靜了。耶穌對他們說：「為甚麼膽怯？你們還沒有信心嗎？」他們就非常懼怕，彼此說：「這到底是誰？連風和海都聽從他。」

火和冰雹，雪和霧氣，成就他命令的狂風，

「你能向密雲揚起聲來，使傾盆的雨遮蓋你嗎？你能發出閃電，使它們行走，並對你說『我們在這裏』嗎？

作僕人的，你們要懼怕戰兢，用誠實的心聽從你們肉身的主人，好像聽從基督一般；不要只在人的眼前這樣做，像僅是討人的喜歡，而是作基督的僕人，從心裏遵行上帝的旨意，

他一出令，狂風捲起，波浪翻騰。他們上到天空，下到海底，他們的心因患難而消沉。他們搖搖晃晃，東倒西歪，好像醉酒的人，他們的智慧無法可施。於是他們在急難中哀求耶和華，他就領他們脫離禍患。他使狂風止息，波浪平靜，

因為我被派在人的權下，也有兵在我之下。我對這個說：『去！』他就去；對那個說：『來！』他就來；對我的僕人說：『做這事！』他就去做。」

耶穌斥責他說：「不要作聲，從這人身上出來吧！」鬼把那人摔倒在眾人中間，就出來了，卻沒有傷害他。眾人都驚訝，彼此對問：「這是甚麼道理呢？因為他用權柄能力命令污靈，污靈就出來。」

天地照你的典章存到今日；萬物都是你的僕役。

耶和華的刀劍哪，你要到幾時才止息呢？要入鞘，安靜不動。耶和華吩咐它攻擊亞實基倫和海邊之地，既已派定它，你怎能靜止不動呢？
